Mark Troller is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Tangoe, Inc. With over 20 years of IT leadership experience across Telecom, Cable Television, Internet Advertising, and Financial Services, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge. Previously, as VP of IT at iN DEMAND and Time Warner Cable of NYC, Troller spearheaded infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology program management initiatives. He advocates for IT Process Management and believes in fostering transparency between IT and business units. Troller holds a B.E. in Engineering Management and an M.S. in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as an Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School.
