Dr. Leach is Vice President of IT at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. He has a global role providing the strategy and IT solutions for Alexion\’s R&D, Global Quality and Human Experience (HR + Patient Experience). Until recently, Dr. Leach also lead IT for Global Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Operations) groups. Prior to Alexion; he formed the Global Data Office at Biogen, lead Biogen\’s R&D IT group, was the first CIO at the Broad Institute of MIT & Harvard, lead Discovery & Preclinical Sciences IT at Merck & Co., was a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Vice President IT & Informatics at CuraGen Corporation. Dr. Leach is currently an advisor to the CEO of Monocl, CEO of Beasy and mentors startups and has mentees across multiple industries.
