Merav Bahat is the CEO and co-founder of Dazz. She has spent her career creating category-leading technology products and building high-impact teams.  

Previously, Merav served as General Manager for the multibillion-dollar cloud security global business at Microsoft, and was also Deputy CEO of Microsoft Israel R&D, overseeing more than 2,500 employees. Prior, she was Product Strategy Group Director for the Microsoft Cloud & AI Security business unit, and before that, Chief of Products and Business Development of Flash Networks, where she was a core member of the management team that led the company’s triple-digit annual growth and domain leadership.  

Merav has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and served as a fellow in the joint Harvard Business School-Kennedy School of Government program. As one of only a handful of female CEO-founders in cybersecurity, Merav is focused on mentoring and empowering women and young leaders
