Currently serving at AXA XL as Head of Corporate Systems, supporting Finance, Treasury, Tax, Actuarial, Human Resources, Marketing and Communication, Planning, Global sourcing, Workplace, Legal and Compliance functions. Mohan’s people focus includes developing future IT leaders and talent to ensure continued success aligning with AXA XL’s growth objectives.

Assembling people with diverse talent and enabling them to become change agents is a model Mohan has practiced over the years.
