Navin is a seasoned executive leader focused on driving value across cross-functional business areas enabled by technology and data. He has worked with multiple companies, primarily in the consumer products and retail & distribution space where his responsibilities have included strategy and delivery for technology led transformation programs, enterprise analytics and insights.

In his role at Sysco Corporation, he leads end to end Global Supply Chain and Merchandising technologies along with leading Innovation across the enterprise. Navin also leads the technology delivery for the Digital Transformation that Sysco has embarked on. He is evangelizing the use of cognitive and AI techniques, AR/VR in the warehouse, robotic process automation, and bots to drive cost efficiencies and unlock new revenue opportunities for the business. He has championed the adoption of Agile delivery and helped drive a shift in the culture that encourages an environment of innovation, where “fail fast and learn faster” is the mantra. He has led the shift within the organization from being hindsight heavy data consumption to more of an insights driven and prescriptive data culture that is enabled by new cloud technologies that allow for scale as well as transactional performance.

Navin is the chair for the Houston CDO community that helps bring leaders across large Houston based companies together to drive innovation and value through data and analytics. He regularly speaks in technology and industry conferences/forums, and publishes points of view on technology led disruptions.
