Nishit Sahay is the Chief Information Officer at Marvell Technology, leading the IT strategy, including digital transformation, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity enhancements. In addition to his CIO responsibilities, Nishit oversees the Data Office and the AI Office, driving innovation and operational efficiency through data and AI initiatives. Previously, as VP of IT at Marvell, he led data-driven transformations, executed key digital initiatives, and managed M&A integrations. Before Marvell, Nishit held leadership roles at Maxim Integrated. Nishit holds master’s degrees from UC Berkeley and Wharton and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
