Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Salesforce enterprise platforms, Noreen is known
for building high-performance, inclusive cultures, and has led globally
distributed teams of 1,000+ professionals.
With over 20 years of experience operating at enterprise scale, Noreen
partners with CIOs and executive teams to align technology investments with
measurable business outcomes. She spearheaded global AI enablement and
adoption of various AI technologies and established governance frameworks
necessary to scale AI innovation with confidence. Her leadership in building
Centers of Excellence and modernizing digital workplace platforms has driven
operational efficiency, value realization, and enterprise agility across complex
global environments.
A committed leader in the broader technology community, Noreen has served
on the boards of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum and
the Nashville Technology Council, earned recognition as a Black Achiever in
Industry, and has spoken at premier technology conferences. Based in the
