Parul has recently joined Uber, as the Global Head of Business and Enterprise Applications. There, Parul leads a global IT team that serves Uber’s customers and its employees. In this role, Parul has led HR Systems and CRM transformation to support Uber’s employee and business growth. 

Prior to her current role, Parul served as an IT Executive at Splunk and led the transformation of Collaboration, Infrastructure, and Identity platforms for the IT organization. These transformations enabled businesses to be productive and efficient with a focus on great user experience. Parul has served in leadership positions at Splunk, Zuora, PwC and Adobe.
