Paul Fipps is an accomplished executive with over two decades of experience leading growth across B2B and B2C brands. As ServiceNow’s President, Strategic Accounts, Paul is focused on co-creating the future with ServiceNow’s largest, most strategic, and most innovative customers. Previously, Paul served as SVP, Customer and Partner Excellence and led the cross-functional effort to establish the new category of value acceleration. This included building, launching, and scaling ServiceNow Impact, a value acceleration solution that is now the fastest growing product in ServiceNow history.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Paul spent seven-plus years at Under Armour as its Chief Experience Officer and Chief Digital Officer, where he was responsible for Under Armour’s direct-to-consumer business and led company-wide digital transformation. Paul currently serves on the board of MyFitnessPal. He is a proud U.S. Army veteran.
