Ray and his family re-located and embraced the new role and life in Switzerland.
In his new role in Switzerland, Ray stayed focused on improving the business and enabled a “lean” methodology to drive significant global savings to the Novartis operating model. Ray was a member of the Executive Committee as well as a member of the Executive Commercial Committee. Ray led a global IT organization makeover which was rooted in a cultural transformation program and a relentless focus on driving the business.
