Ricardo Sunderland is a member of Egon Zehnder International’s San Francisco office where he focuses on the Talent Management needs of the Financial Services sector in the West Coast of the USA, with particular focus on Banking and Insurance services. He also leads the Firm’s “FinTech” practice group globally.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder International, Mr. Sunderland was the Managing Director of the Latin America Financial Services practice at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), a top five Systems Integration and Management Consulting Firm, where he lead large and complex transformational mandates within the Banking and Insurance sectors. Earlier, Ricardo held various Management roles for Citigroup, including Senior Vice President of its Global Consumer Business e-Commerce B.U. with Finance accountability over thirteen countries. The early stages of Mr. Sunderland’s banking career centered on risk management cycle responsibilities within the Retail Banking product suite, including credit cards, auto & personal loans, and home loans.
Ricardo has an MBA from the IPADE University and a BS in Finance & Marketing from Iberoamericana University.
