Rishi is a thought leader, an AI/ML and advanced analytics evangelist, and a recognized strategy expert in this space. He has 20+ years of experience in business analytics, data, finance and business technology with some outstanding domestic and international companies.

Rishi saw the power of Artificial Intelligence and how it could change the business world. To that end, he started a research project in the company he was the CEO of to confirm if Small Language Models will be of value and after a year of research and validation, he started a company on Generative AI in 2020 and named it Quaeris, Inc. along with his researcher. Prior to starting Quaeris Rishi founded Syntelli Solutions, an advanced analytics and big-data company, his third business venture.

Rishi has made significant contributions to Analytics, BI and EPM community with publications, presentations and leadership roles at both, Regional and National levels. Most recently, he is the founding president of Analytics & Big Data Society, which has become the one of the most respected analytics networking groups in our region. He is passionate about technology to enable business results and technology for making lives of people better. He preaches efficiency, effectiveness in management. 

Rishi has called Charlotte home for past 19 years and lives in South Charlotte with his wife, Shikha. Their daughter, Anya, is co-founder of Quaeris and son, Kaveesh is studying mechanical engineering at Drexel. In his free time, Rishi likes to hike, play chess, enjoy a scotch or Pinot Noir with Shikha or catch an action movie.
