As a multidisciplinary skilled individual, Ron has operated successfully in a variety of operational and functional roles, from Engineering and Operational Management, Global Quality responsibilities to his current position of Global VP – Information Technology for Linamar Corporation. He thrives on creative collaboration and developing high-performance teams by fostering a team culture, and delivering results through, strategy creation, goal setting, planning and execution.
