Ron Markham is a strategy executive in ServiceNow’s Office of Strategy and Innovation.  Prior to joining ServiceNow Ron co-founded Intréis Inc., a ServiceNow solutions partner focused on helping Global 2000 organizations succeed with their ServiceNow journey.  ServiceNow acquired Intréis in early 2015. 

In addition to his successful career as an entrepreneur and management consultant, Ron brings to bear 20+ years of experience as a CIO leading IT enabled business transformation initiatives at WPP/Kantar, IBM, GE Capital, and other high-growth organizations.  

At ServiceNow, Ron consults with senior IT and business leaders to visualize, plan, and navigate their business transformation strategies by developing a holistic view of the critical interdependencies across organizational culture, talent development, the role of technology, and other key factors affecting desired business outcomes.

Earlier in his career Ron served in senior practice leader roles for a number of global IT and digital marketing consultancies including SPR, Leapnet, Pragmatic Systems, and Stakeholder Solutions.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree form DePaul University/Chicago and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s J. L. Kellogg School of Management.
