Roya Rezaie is a corporate executive with more than 20 years of extensive experience in governance, business planning, corporate strategy, vendor management and financial management in digital, technology and operation areas. She is currently Vice President of Technology Strategy and Operations at Manulife. In this role, she oversees strategy and end-to-end operational processes for Manulife Global Enterprise Technology Services. Ms. Rezaie was previously Director of Digital Business Planning at Rogers Communication Inc, where she led strategic planning, financial risk and opportunity management and oversight of capital investments.

Ms. Rezaie sits on the board of Digital Research Alliance of Canada as a Board Director and Chairs Audit, Finance, Risk and Investment Committee. As a trusted and inclusive partner, the Digital Research Alliance of Canada fosters pan-Canadian and global collaboration to provide researcher-centric, sustainable, and integrated digital research infrastructure.

She was also a Board Director and Treasurer of the Community Legal Clinic of York Region (CLCYR), a not-for-profit organization that provides free legal advice and representation to low-income residents of York Region.

Ms. Rezaie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Allameh Tabataba\’i University. She holds CPA, CMA designation and is ICD certified for Governance Essential Programs.
