Introduction
Sandeep Uthra has more than two decades experience developing and executing information technology (IT) strategies, including executive roles in the financial services space.
A native of New Delhi, India, Uthra has served in global IT leadership roles in banking manufacturing and consulting corporations in United States, Asia and Africa. He is a former Senior Vice President, Business Solution Technology Executive at Bank of America.
Uthra joined Truliant in 2016 as Chief Information Officer and is responsible for developing strategic direction for Truliant’s overall technology landscape and solutions. He leads Truliant’s Enterprise Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Systems Operations, Infrastructure Services, Technology Support Services, Information Security, and Telecommunications teams.

Key focus areas include member and business-centric technology strategies and implementation, strategic architecture, application managed services, business intelligence and analytics, change management, business process re-engineering and automation, risk management, merger and acquisition, outsourcing and vendor management, among others.
Education and Expertise
Uthra holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Queens University, McColl School of Business and is a graduate of Amravati University, with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree. Uthra is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional. In 2019, he was named winner of a prestigious Orbie Award recognition by the Charlotte CIO Leadership Association – in 2020, he joined the organization’s Board of Directors.
