Sanjeev Sinha is the Global CIO & Chief Digital Officer of Startek. He is based in the Greater New York City area. Earlier he worked as an Independent Consultant where he advised companies on their Business / Operations Strategy and on developing their Digital roadmap.

Sanjeev has over 25 years of global experience across diverse industries and business functions. He has held leadership roles in consulting, supply chain management, digital / analytics, knowledge services, and BPO, across several industries.

Most recently Sanjeev was the MD & CEO of IMaCS (ICRA Management Consulting Services – a subsidiary of Moody’s). Earlier Sanjeev headed the Research and Analytics business unit at WNS and he was a President at CRISIL (a S&P subsidiary), heading their Global Research and Analytics business unit. He also had leadership roles at Firstsource Solutions Ltd. and at IBM Global Services.

Sanjeev has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad,India and a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India.
