Sean Datcher, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for Technology Strategy, Architecture, Infrastructure and Software Development for Credit Corp./Check Into Cash. Sean is currently leading the technology effort to design, develop and implement a loan management system to replace legacy systems while modernizing the retail store and online experience. The new platform will provide a true omni-channel customer experience.

Sean joined Credit Corp. in June 2018. Prior to Credit Corp., Sean was Senior Vice President, Software Development and Architecture at Elevate Financial. He also served as eBusiness CIO with Travelers Insurance. And Senior Vice President, Business Executive responsible for eCommerce and Global Large Commercial Card Technology with Bank of America. Sean’s extensive and varied background also includes many years in the travel industry as Sr. Director of Development responsible for Hotel, Cruise, Car Rental, European Rail, and Travel Insurance for Sabre and Travelocity.com, as well as Sr. Manager of Development for Continental Airlines responsible for Airline Staffing Systems.

A strong supporter of volunteer efforts, Sean served as Read to a Child Board Chair and has volunteered with the organization from 2012-2017. Joined the Connecticut Regional Board January 2015 and accepted the role of Regional Board Chair for Connecticut on in September 2015. He increased volunteer participation, hosted fund raising events to increase the number of students and schools involved in the program, as well as increasing Board Membership.
