Shikhar Singh is Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Choice Financial Group, a financial services organization recognized as one of the fastest-growing banks in the U.S. In his role, Shikhar leads all aspects of Technology, Business Operations, and Security functions. His organization is comprised of over 200 individuals driving Choice’s ability to win in the marketplace by enabling the company’s goal to provide #peoplefirst experiences to clients through innovative solutions and an end-to-end digital experience.  

Shikhar has more than two decades of leadership experience spanning the digital, technology, product management, engineering, data, and operation areas. Prior to joining Choice in 2022, Shikhar served in several executive leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase.  He is a Digital transformation subject matter expert and represents in several industry forums and governing bodies. Shikhar has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and MBA degree from UCLA.
