Steve Palmucci is SVP & CIO at TiVo. Steve is responsible for implementing and maintaining corporate systems, information security, infrastructure, and all related processes for TiVo’s businesses globally. In addition, Steve oversees the operation of TiVo’s technology platforms servicing customers world-wide. Steve successfully partners with TiVo executives and senior business leaders to ensure IT is tightly aligned with strategic objectives, using technology and innovation to create and drive business value.

Steve joined Rovi as CIO in 2015 prior to Rovi’s acquisition of TiVo and was named CIO for the merged companies which adopted the iconic TiVo name. Steve successfully led a rapid integration of systems, technologies and processes, enabling TiVo to successfully achieve its aggressive financial and operational merger objectives. During his tenure at TiVo, Steve has transformed IT into a strategic partner by achieving efficiencies in corporate IT, while supporting revenue growth and profitability by building and operating highly available and scalable technology platforms.

Prior to TiVo, Steve was SVP of IT in North America at ACE Group, where he provided best in class IT services for business units with over $10B in revenue.

In a career spanning more than twenty-five years, Steve has held executive level positions in startups, private equity owned firms, and public companies as large as $40B in annual revenues in a variety of industries, including Entertainment, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology Services. Steve holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Catholic University of America.
