Dr. Pakhrin is an assistant professor at the Department of computer science and engineering technology at the University of Houston-Downtown. He is interested in Natural Language Processing and AI fields. He currently researches Bioinformatics using a transformer-based protein language model. He is interested in applying graph-based machine learning to the Bioinformatics domain.
