I am an experienced technology leader with expertise in artificial intelligence and autonomy. I have successfully led and mentored technical teams in developing innovative and disruptive solutions that address public interest issues.

My expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomous systems, Ethical AI, and human-machine teaming has allowed me to cultivate world-class technical capabilities and workforce in applied AI. My leadership style involves hiring and developing the right talent, setting clear goals, and driving the vision to execute on those goals.

I have successfully managed teams of data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps engineers in prototyping and deploying machine learning applications across various domains, including healthcare, transportation, and federal agencies. My recent work in applied AI includes developing sustainability solutions with SustainChain, and leading data science teams in developing novel AI/ML applications in healthcare, such as new outcomes in lung cancer research and NLP-based chatbots to address COVID-19.
