Toni Harrison-Hogan is a business technology visionary with 20 years of experience changing the B2C and B2B digital landscape in the banking, management consulting, retail, telecommunications, transportation, and manufacturing industries on four continents. She is recognized for envisioning and accelerating a corporation’s digital future and has earned a strong reputation for balancing innovation with operational excellence for long-term sustainable growth. Exploring the boundaries of the possible, Toni introduces innovative operating models to drive additional value from technology to generate revenue. At Wachovia, Wells Fargo, and Truist, she envisioned and redesigned digital banking platforms and their omni-channel experiences. Over the years Toni developed a playbook that is a comprehensive blueprint to achieve corporate vision and strategy recognizing her to be a top-line growth contributor. The playbook encompasses talent and culture strategies, customer and employee experience approaches across all channels, business model modernization, operational excellence, and risk management. Innovation and the future of technology impacting business, culture, and society lies at the center of Toni’s interests. Toni has built a brand for herself as an advisor to boards and CXOs on technology as a strategic imperative and business enabler. She recently was elected to serve as a Board Director of the National Society of Information Management (SIM), nominated as a member of various CIO Advisory boards. Toni is a sought after and prolific speaker at industry events as well as a regular interviewee on technology podcasts. Toni holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina, a BA in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and certifications as a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Certified Product Owner/Manager. In addition, she is a graduate of the prestigious Executive Academy of Information Technology Senior Management Forum where she became a published author of “Preparing the C-Suite for Transformations.” When she is not working, you will find Toni spending time with family, entertaining, and actively supporting the Arts. Toni comes from a long legacy of giving back to the community, and she is committed to supporting organizations addressing food insecurity, family, women’s issues, and children’s education in underserved communities.
