At Wachovia, Wells Fargo, and Truist, she envisioned and redesigned digital banking platforms and their omni-channel experiences. The playbook encompasses talent and culture strategies, customer and employee experience approaches across all channels, business model modernization, operational excellence, and risk management. Toni holds an MBA from Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, North Carolina, a BA in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and certifications as a Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Certified Product Owner/Manager. In addition, she is a graduate of the prestigious Executive Academy of Information Technology Senior Management Forum where she became a published author of “Preparing the C-Suite for Transformations.” When she is not working, you will find Toni spending time with family, entertaining, and actively supporting the Arts.
