Venu Madduri is currently the CIO for Mears group – A Quanta services company. He did his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and then an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. In his nearly 25 years in the IT Industry he worked in a host of industries and countries, and has brought disruptive thinking and innovative solutions to the fore. Due to his digital transformation initiatives of the past 5 yrs, Mears has been able to seamlessly transition to remote-work. His team has seen major shifts over the past few months, shrinking in size due to COVID and Oil price crash, but he is confident that Mears is well poised for the future.
