Vikas Wali, serving as the VP & CIO of the Government Business Division at Elevance Health, brings over 25 years of varied leadership experience. His role concentrates on enhancing technology and digital solutions that lead to operational excellence and improved consumer experiences in the Government Business impacting the lives of 12M members.

Additionally, Vikas oversees technology management at Ameriben, an Elevance subsidiary. His leadership propels his team toward modernizing platforms with Cloud and AI to benefit services like Medicaid and Medicare Advantage. Vikas strongly endorses a collaborative working approach, thereby fostering a high-performance, engaged, and motivated team.

A graduate in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India, Vikas has attended varied leadership and management programs offered by leading institutions and firms. Passionate about elevating access to STEM, Vikas serves on the board of directors of Lumity, a STEM nonprofit dedicated to shaping the future of STEM education for Chicagoland’s students. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with family and exploring new cultures, playing cricket and racquetball, and cooking.
