Vikas has over 25 years on global technology leadership experience and is currently the VP, Global Technology Services for WBA. In this role Vikas successfully led the transition of the services delivery to a global managed services partner in a 10 year $1.5B contract so the WBA teams can focus on transformational agenda towards the strategic priorities. Besides Global Service delivery, Vikas is also responsible to provide scalable, sustainable infrastructure platform for unified IT operating model to modernize WBA business and create new innovative products and services.

Before joining WBA, Vikas was the VP of IT Infrastructure & Architecture for The Wendy’s company and prior to that he was the Divisional VP of infrastructure and operations for Family Dollar stores for Dollar Tree corporation. Vikas earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur India in 1995 and has attended various leadership and management programs from leading companies.

Vikas is passionate about business and technology integration for creating new technology enabled business models. He focuses on collaboration with business to drive innovation towards improving the customers and colleague experiences.
