Before joining Korn Ferry, Wolfgang was with Russell Reynolds Associates and a member of the firm’s Technology Sector. He specialized in technology enabled business transformation and advised clients across industries on digital transformation, organization and enablement. He is based in Boston. Previously, Wolfgang served as Partner and Managing Director for the Boston Consulting Group in their Digital Transformation Practice. Prior to that, Wolfgang was Partner for the Strategic Information Technology and Operations practice at Oliver Wyman. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles for AlixPartners, Kabel Baden-Wuerttemberg, and Accenture.
Wolfgang earned his Master’s in Computer Science from the Technical University in Munich, Germany. He also has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the Technical University in Munich, Germany and Mathematics from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. Wolfgang is fluent in German.
