Yuri Aguiar is the Chief Information and Transformation Officer at The Ogilvy Group and, prior to that, he was the Strategic Portfolio Director on the leadership team at WPP Coretech.

Yuri has been a CIO, CTO and Director of Worldwide Technology Operations over his 18-year stint as a Global Leader in business technology. He prides himself in leading small efficient teams of independent thinkers that challenge the status quo. Currently studying for his Masters in Digital Marketing, Yuri uses his downtime on a flight simulator hoping to make it real someday.

His love for music continues to find expression outside of work. Yuri has helped organize charity concerts for Breast Cancer, US Veterans and for victims of the tsunami in Japan – often playing with the band.

He religiously follows his own business motto that “Good execution eats strategy for lunch.”
