Genesys Works is a national social enterprise that provides life-changing opportunities through corporate internships. We open the doors of opportunity for high school students in underserved communities by providing the skills training, professional work experience, and support they need to achieve career success and a lifetime of economic self-sufficiency. Our goal is to move more of our students into professional careers, creating a more skilled and diverse workforce in the process.

Year Up is an award-winning national 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by providing urban young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education.
