Matthew Lagana is an accomplished technology executive with over 25 years of proven success in strategic planning, cybersecurity, risk management, and operational excellence.  In his dual role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at MBIA, Matthew leads all facets of Infrastructure & Operations, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, Architecture & Engineering, and HelpDesk Services.

Prior to joining MBIA, Matthew held key technical and leadership positions at Avon Products, honing his expertise in managing large-scale IT initiatives. His deep knowledge of the financial services sector has enabled him to streamline costs, accelerate time to market, and spearhead innovative security and risk management programs.

Vinny Licht was formerly the Chief Information Officer at Tauck, a leader in premium guided travel experiences. At Tauck he built a team known for excellence and he has led successful system transformation initiatives as well as successful deployments of new technology. Previously, he was a Principal and Industry Analyst at AQA Research. He also served as an IT Director at Avon Products, where he had responsibility for systems and technology supporting R&D, Marketing, Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. He has been quoted in Computerworld magazine regarding innovative approaches to disaster recovery and interviewed on CIO Talk Radio on achieving excellence with the IT service desk. He has twice served as board chair on non-profit boards.

Jim Panos is currently the Chief Information Officer at Central National Gottesman Inc., a privately held $4+ billion merchant in the paper and pulp industry. Prior to that, Jim was the Director of Strategic Programs for The Dannon Company, where he led a number of key initiatives, including the implementation of Advanced Sales and Operations Planning for North America. He was also a partner at Accenture leading multiple Supply Chain and ERP programs in the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical industry groups.

Anna Ransley is an experienced CIO and digital transformation executive, currently heading the IT function at Heineken USA as a Vice President, GIS.  This multi-faceted role consists developing and executing an ambitious technology transformation for a highly progressive organization by championing leading edge digital efforts as well as rebuilding core back-office systems to modernize the workplace.

Her extensive track record of setting and achieving business strategies by innovative application of technical solutions and re-engineering spanned roles in marketing and most areas of technology in a variety of industries and disciplines. These roles resulted in successful implementations of ERP and CRM Systems, leveraging big data and predictive analytics to uncover revenue generating insights and leading large organizational transformations of cross-functional and global teams.

Anna is an accomplished practitioner with career highlights that include international leadership roles at Boerhinger Ingelheim – a global Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical, Connolly, Inc – an audit recovery firm, Hyperion Solutions – a leading Software company acquired by Oracle, and consulting at Keane that exposed her to a number of fortune 100 companies and industries to frame her perspective.

Anna has a special interest in transforming teams into business differentiating partners, and believes that one of the best ways of accomplishing that is through developing organizational talent that has both depth in technology and business drivers to take advantage of rapidly changing landscape of technological advances.

Michael Zanga is a Business Development Executive at IBM. Mr. Zanga had been previously seated on TechR2’s Advisory Board which is a data protection, assessment and eradication firm. He also was on the Board of Alkymi which is a Natural Language and Artificial Intelligence data manipulation firm. Mr. Zanga is very experienced in all facets of technology from working at major international banking institutions including the Royal Bank of Scotland as CIO, Deutsche Bank as CTO and the Union Bank of Switzerland as an Engineer. Early in his career he worked at the Greenwich Connecticut Board of Education as an analyst. He is a CISSP certified in information security and has a Master’s degree from Iona College. He has worked with the Federal Reserve on reviews of practices across banks. Mr. Zanga has focused on cost containment and the continual alignment of technology initiatives with business needs. Mr. Zanga led in a variety of information security initiatives including safeguarding critical, confidential, and sensitive data which provided him with the insight into data security regulations making him a subject matter expert.

Michael is on the Board of the Stamford Connecticut Public Education Foundation (SPEF). Founded in 1996, the mission of the Stamford Public Education Foundation (SPEF) is to deliver educational programs and resources that elevate student, educator, and parent success by bridging the gap between needs in the Stamford Public Schools and resources in our community. The Foundation’s vision is that each and every student in the Stamford Public Schools will graduate high school prepared and inspired to be a productive member of society.

Michael also worked with the Utah Chamber of Commerce as well as University of Utah and BYU to create in school curriculum that aligned to the Royal Bank of Scotland open roles. Internship programs and Graduate program were created which fostered junior talent at the bank as they created an Operations program in Salt Lake City.

Sigal Zarmi is an award-winning Chief Information Officer (CIO) and former International CIO and head of Digital
Transformation at Morgan Stanley. She currently serves on two public company boards, ADT Inc. (NYSE: ADT, $5B+
revenue) and Hashicorp (NASDAQ: HCP) as well as BigID (Tech, VC sponsors). At Hashicorp, a hyper growth Tech
company which went public in December 2021, Sigal is the chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and
serves on the on the Audit committee which includes Enterprise Risk Management. At ADT, where Sigal also serves on
the Audit Committee, she was involved in the acquisition of SolarPro.

With over 35 years of experience in driving large scale digital transformations, technology operations, strategic planning,
and talent development, Sigal is an expert in how technology increases revenue and improves organization’s efficiency
and effectiveness. In addition to her board roles, she is a Senior Advisor at Morgan Stanley and BCG, acting as a trusted
strategic advisor to CEOs, CFOs, CIOs on digital transformation, disruptive technologies, cyber and workforce planning.

Kamran Amin is the Chief Information Officer for the Arch Reinsurance Group which includes Core Reinsurance business, Managing General Agents, and other investment companies. The combined group produces over $5 billion in gross written premiums. In his capacity as an international CIO, he is driving the Group’s agenda to increase the maturity of the technology landscape by introducing innovative solutions/services across different business affiliates located around the globe.

Kamran is a member of the Arch Reinsurance Executive Leadership Team and the Arch Group Senior Leadership Team. 

Prior to joining Arch Reinsurance, he held various technology and operational leadership positions for 14 years with AXA XL working in the Reinsurance, Insurance, and Corporate Segments.  His career spans over 30 years with a concentration in the financial and healthcare industry, including 5 years with a startup that was purchased by Bank of America.

Former Rear Admiral Danelle Barrett was born in Buffalo, New York and is a 1989 graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in History where she received her commission as an officer from the U. S. Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps in a ceremony aboard USS Constitution.  She holds Masters of Arts in Management, National Security Strategic Studies, and Human Resources Development.  She also earned a Master of Science in Information Management.

As an admiral, Danelle served as Director of Current Operations at U.S. Cyber Command, and assumed duties in 2017 as the Navy Cyber Security Division Director and Deputy Chief Information Officer on the Chief of Naval Operations staff.   In her last position in the U.S. Navy, she led the Navy’s strategic development and execution of digital and cyber security efforts, enterprise information technology improvements and cloud policy and governance for 700K personnel across a global network.  An innovator, she implemented visionary digital transformation to modernize with unprecedented speed, significantly improving Navy Information Warfare capabilities.

Danelle’s other tours of duty include assignments as Commanding Officer, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic where she directly led the largest telecommunications station in the Navy with responsibility for 2,700 people in 15 subordinate organizations worldwide; Chief of Staff, Navy Information Forces Command, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command/U.S. 5th Fleet and 2nd Fleet, Carrier Strike Group 2 and Carrier Strike Group 12 which included deployments in support of Operations Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and Unified Response in Haiti, Multi-National Forces Iraq; Naval Computer and Telecommunications Stations in Jacksonville, Cecil Field and Puerto Rico and Standing Joint Force Headquarters United States Pacific Command.  Previous tours also included senior Navy fellow at the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association; Supreme Allied Commander Command Atlantic Norfolk, Naval Personnel Command, and Chief of Naval Operations Task Force Web.

She currently executes a portfolio of work that includes consulting, public speaking, and writing.   She is on the Corporate Boards of KVH Industries and the Protego Trust Company.

Neil Bussell is the Director of Analytics, Data and Robotics Process Automation at Cartus.  He is responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and governance across the full spectrum of Cartus’ Analytics and Data program from DBA and Data Architecture, to EDW & Business Intelligence and Data Science, ML/AI.  Mr. Bussell leads a group of technical managers and specialists who are responsible for creating and maintaining the various digital products, data assets and processes used by Cartus clients and internal stakeholders.  Neil’s 35+ years of experience in IT, the last 20 spent in various Enterprise Data & Analytics Leadership roles, has helped him formulate Cartus’ strategy and pragmatic approach to Enterprise Data that balances best practices with the realities of day to day business management.  In addition, Mr. Bussell is responsible for Cartus’ extremely successful RPA program.  Prior to Cartus, Mr. Bussell held various IT leadership positions several Fortune 500 organizations including, Heineken USA, Avon Products Inc, Philip Morris and PepsiCo where he first had the opportunity to lead a Product Data Management program and a Workforce Data Management program.  Mr. Bussell holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY.

Linda Chan is Vice President, Information Technology at Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH).  Amphenol is one of the world’s largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor and antenna solutions.  Amphenol’s products Enable the Electronics Revolution across virtually every end market including Automotive, Broadband Communications, Commercial Aerospace, Industrial, Information Technology and Data Communications, Military, Mobile Devices and Mobile Networks.

Prior to joining Amphenol in 2020, Linda spent five years at The Nature’s Bounty in a number of high-level IT roles including VP, Digital and Commercial Solutions. Prior to working at The Nature’s Bounty, Ms. Chan worked for fourteen years at Veeco Instruments, most recently as Global Senior IT Director. Ms. Chan also spent time as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics at the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University.  She has a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Binghamton University.

Ryan Crosby joined ICON as Chief Information Officer in 2017 with 20 years of industry experience. He implements the best strategies to help ICON, their clients and partners function more efficiently and drive profitability.

Ryan started his career in IT as a senior project manager at Morgan Stanley in 1998 and steadily climbed the ranks within. While there he helped lead the IT strategy through Y2K and the financial crisis of 07-08. While other global banks were losing clients and revenue rapidly, Morgan Stanley was taking on new clients and creating new revenue streams as a result of the strategies Ryan implemented.

Ryan most recently worked at GBIC Partners as a managing director. Consulting for multiple firms including JenCap Holdings as their Interim CIO.

Ryan is regularly asked to attend and be a honored keynote speaker at IT executive conferences and strategy sessions. Fred Danback is senior vice president, chief information officer, and chief information security officer, responsible for HRA’s information technology strategy and operations. Mr. Danback leads the machine learning and artificial intelligence strategy and execution for HRA with a focus on creating industry leading insights to reduce medical malpractice liability and improving patient care.

Mr. Danback has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before joining HRA, Mr. Danback was senior vice president and chief information officer of Tokio Marine Management, the United States operation for Tokio Marine Nichido Fire, a global property and casualty carrier. Earlier, he was managing principal and chief information officer for Integro Insurance Brokers, and served as the head of global technology architecture with XL Capital and NAC Reinsurance.

One of the most sought-after talents of tech world, Mario DiNatale has garnered a reputation as one of today\’s most prolific technology visionaries, while simultaneously distinguishing himself as a charismatic and versatile executive in a variety of roles and projects.

Mario is currently the CIO of Spectrum Virtual, prior to which he was the CIO of Hamden, Connecticut. Mario also acts as a mentor and adviser to the Google Incubator startup Kricket.

With his recent involvement in the takedown of the Teslacrypt Ransomware ring, he has further cemented his position as one of the world\’s foremost cybersecurity researchers and continues to act as a cybersecurity adviser to a multitude of Law Enforcement and Intelligence organizations.

Born to blue collar, immigrant parents in a suburb of New Haven, CT, legend has it that Mario was born with screwdriver in his hand and started voiding warranties shortly thereafter. After being raised on a steady diet of thin crust pizza and hacker conventions, he decided to pursue a degree in computer science (much to his parent\’s apprehension). On the day he left for college, his father told him that he didn\’t know if there was any money in \”computers\”, handed him a shovel and told him that if that whole \”computer thing\” didn\’t pan out, this shovel would still be here waiting for him.

Spare time activities include brazillian jiu-jitsu, imbibing copious amounts of espresso, and reading books on quantum physics. He still has that shovel.

Richard Entrup is Managing Director and Head of Emerging Solutions, Enterprise Innovation at KPMG in the U.S. In his role, he’s focused on emerging technologies including Generative AI, Quantum computing, Spatial computing/immersive learning, Digital Assets/Blockchain, Space, Robotics, and others, helping clients explore the art of the possible and how to leverage emerging technology for business value.

Prior to joining KPMG, he led global technology operations, digital transformation, and innovation programs at many prominent global brands including Verizon, Christie’s, Disney/ABC, Time Warner, The Museum of Modern Art, Viacom, and Tiffany & Company. He has also served as a CIO, CTO, CDO, and CISO at several health care companies and an international law firm, with documented success aligning technology investments to strategic business objectives.

Richard is also a startup mentor at the Lead Sports Accelerator Program at Lake Nona, a mentor to students in the Executive Masters in Technology Management programs at Northeastern and Columbia University, and a startup and VC advisor, and sometimes investor, focused on GenAI, quantum, spatial/XR, web3/blockchain, digital art, streaming with embedded eCommerce, and quantum-resistant cryptography/PQC.

 

Ms. Foley serves on the full boards of Provident Financial Services & Provident Bank and is a member of the Audit & Technology committees. She is Chairman (& prior President) for Westchester Fairfield Society for Information Management. Previously, Ms. Foley held Chief Information Officer roles, Chief Data Officer Role and Head of Corporate Operations role at XL Group (now AXA XL), which is a global provider of commercial Insurance and Reinsurance. She also served on their U.S. Legal Entity boards in former years.

Ms Foley also held technology leadership roles at; Guy Carpenter, New York Shipping and Pershing Division of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.  

As former Managing Director at XL Group, Ms. Foley helped drive company growth, expense containment and innovation strategies through success in multiple M&A integrations, diversification\’s, major complex business transformations, regulatory compliance, data privacy, cyber security, shared service establishment and by leading technology, data & digital capabilities globally.

Dave Harris has served as our Chief Information Officer since February 2019 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology at Shake Shack. Dave comes with a breadth of experience across digital innovation and technology-enabled growth in large multi-unit environments. Prior to joining Shake Shack, Dave served as Vice President of Digital Technology at Newell Brands, a publicly traded consumer goods company, where he had global responsibility for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing technology across their diverse portfolio of brands including Sharpie, Elmers, Contigo, Graco, Calphalon, Coleman, Marmot, Rubbermaid and Yankee Candle. He has led the delivery of multiple tech transformation initiatives ranging from creating new commerce websites, optimizing checkout to increase conversion, developing new analytics capabilities, and building a cohesive data-centric view of consumers across Newell\’s brands. Before Newell, Dave was CIO at Yankee Candle where he was responsible for leading the global IT function. There, he led the development of their omnichannel strategy which included deployment of a new POS across 600+ retail stores as well as the implementation of the web, mobile and kiosk technology. Prior to joining Yankee Candle, Dave held various technology leadership roles at Legends, jetBlue Airways, Avis Rent A Car and Virgin Atlantic Airways, where he developed and led teams responsible for consumer websites, reservations and POS systems, loyalty programs, information security, infrastructure, operations and compliance.

Danielle Maurici-Arnone is the Global Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Combe International, the most personal personal care company in the world. Prior to Combe, she was Chief Information Officer at Reckitt, producer of hygiene, health and nutrition products, where she led the technology function for the North America Health and Nutrition businesses and sat on the Global Council for Diversity and Inclusion. Danielle has served in global technology leadership roles for more than 20 years. Before joining Reckitt, she was Global Executive Director at the Estée Lauder Companies, global prestige beauty manufacturer, where she led technology and innovation for the global brand portfolio. She has also founded and held leadership roles in start up companies in the areas of digital marketing and artificial intelligence. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA from Rutgers University where she attended Douglass College for women and majored in Political Science and Women Studies. She was an undergraduate and graduate fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics. She holds a Masters in Public Policy from Rutgers and a Masters in Information Systems from the Stevens Institute of Technology. Ken Murdoch has been the Chief Information Officer of Save the Children since 2009. He and his team have been involved in recent projects and emergency response in countries like Haiti, Ethiopia and Japan. Ken is a seasoned IT Executive spanning 30 years in Corporate IT having held IT positions in the Insurance, Brokerage and CPG industries. Prior to joining save the Children, Ken spent 25 years in the CPG sector holding CIO positions for two of the world\’s largest international CPG companies- Nestlé Waters North America and Pepsi-Cola North America. 

A grass roots IT leader, Ken has held positions from ground floor IT all the way up to CIO. His \”no job too small\” approach combined with his customer service orientation has enabled him to lead, motivate, and migrate his career along the way. For the multi-national companies, Ken has implemented large scale data center relocation projects, small-medium and large scale ERP systems, M&A, Outsourcing, Customer Service and Help Desk start-ups and has had to lead and manage teams with global reach from his US based headquarters positions.  Ken is a member of Fairfield/Westchester SIM and has served on its program committees. He is the primary member at CIO4Good for Save the Children and is also the US Primary member at NetHope  (an organization comprised of the world\’s largest humanitarian organizations to better serve the developing world through smarter use of technology) for Save the Children.  Ken was noted recently in the October 2011 addition of Computerworld- \”The Grill\” for his leadership at Save the Children and how the strategic role if IT can enable operational efficiencies and the spirit of Technology for Good so its Donors see that their contributions go to value added programs for that create breakthrough\’s in the way the world treats children achieving immediate and lasting change in their lives.

Shamla Naidoo is an accomplished information security executive with more than 25 years of experience. Previously she was the Global Chief Information Security Officer of IBM, responsible for safeguarding IBM globally including all its business units and brands. She was responsible for IBM\’s overall information security program, which includes the company’s information risk and security strategies, planning, governance, architecture, and operations.

Prior to joining IBM, Shamla was Vice President of Information Risk and Security at Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Risk Officer at leading companies including WellPoint, Northern Trust and ABN AMRO.

Shamla is an adjunct law professor, developing and teaching courses in information technology, cybersecurity and privacy law. She also has a license to practice law in both Illinois and Washington DC.

Shamla holds a bachelor\’s degree in Information Systems and Economics from the University of South Africa, and a Juris Doctor degree from John Marshall Law School.

 

Mike Pellegrino was formerly the CIO for Mastronardi Produce Ltd, the largest greenhouse grower and distributor of consumer produce products in North America.  Previously, Mike owned and operated Progressive Technology LLC an IT Management Consulting firm specializing IT Executive Management, Advisory, IT Transformation, Assessments and Project Management.

He was also the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Sun Products Corporation (Henkel), Frontier Communications and Fujifilm Holdings America.  Mike also worked in a variety of business and technical managerial roles at divisions of consumer goods global giant Unilever; including global audit, applications support, company integration programs and global infrastructure consolidation.

Karun Rajasekharan is the Head of Product Security at Dover Corporation, a Fortune 500 industrial conglomerate where he is responsible for ensuring the secure design and development of digital and IoT products across 17 different subsidiaries. 

 

Previously, Karun was the Global Product Security Architecture Leader at Honeywell.  He also lead product management and engineering teams at Internet Security Systems (now IBM Security).

John Repko is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of AIG. He leads AIG’s global technology and sourcing functions, overseeing core shared infrastructure, applications, technology partnerships, procurement and vendor management. He also works closely with AIG’s leaders in support of technology-enabled cross-business collaboration, process improvement and strategic sourcing to meet the changing needs of clients.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Repko was Global Chief Information Officer of Johnson Controls (JCI) since 2016, taking up this position with the merger of JCI and Tyco. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Enterprise Transformation Leader at Tyco from 2012. Mr. Repko also held chief information officer roles at Covance Inc., SES Global and General Electric’s GE Americom division. He began his career as Senior Accountant, CPA, with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Repko currently serves as a member of the Insight Venture Partners CIO Advisory Board and the Lightspeed Venture Partners CIO Innovation Advisory Network. He also is a CIO Mentor for the New Jersey Society for Information Management and the Columbia University Graduate IT Management Program.

Mr. Repko holds an M.B.A. in Systems from Drexel University and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

Colette Rubio is known for building and retaining high caliber teams, technical acumen and ability to acquire business knowledge. She leads the Enterprise Technology organization of WWE, an integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment. Colette delivers innovative solutions to drive strategic business outcomes.

With over 20 years of experience in technology leadership roles she has successfully managed technology organizations in Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Management Consulting industries. In each of these industries, she has provided creative solutions to streamline business processes, met difficult challenges and turned around failing initiatives.

Prior to joining WWE, Colette held roles at HBO, Time Warner, Pepsico, BD and Ernst and Young.

She holds an M.B.A. International Business, Pace University and B.B.A. Computer Systems, Baruch College, City University of New York.

Scott Strickland will spearhead the ongoing effort to enhance and implement Wyndham’s overall technology strategy and the continued migration of the company’s 18 brands to the Sabre SynXis property management and central reservation system. Wyndham Hotel Group was the first global hospitality company of its scale to roll out the system helping economy and midscale hoteliers grow their business by more efficiently managing pricing and inventory

With 25 years of experience in the field of information technology, Strickland joins Wyndham from D+M Group where he led the company’s information technology function as chief information officer. Prior to this position, Strickland held the role of executive director, information technology with Nissan North America. Previously, he held technology roles at Stanley Black & Decker, IBM and Mars, Inc.

 

Rajeev Sukumaran is IT Executive Director at Boehringer Ingelheim, with responsibility for teams supporting Learning, Legal, Compliance and US Oracle ERP.

As a Senior IT Executive, he has driven organizational transformation through “Business Value Focus” effectively aligning technology strategies with business needs. He has held multiple global and local management positions in pharmaceutical and IT service provider industries, building and structuring organizations and IT services that drive revenue and optimize cost control. His prior achievements include transforming large IT organization into a global unit, blending strategies such as in-sourcing, out-sourcing, consolidating application portfolio management, etc. He has run hosting operations in support of multi-million dollar product marketing projects, implementing global Service Portfolio in 30+ countries and building/running validated computer system environments. He has also worked with the management team of an Ashoka Fellow founded Social Entrepreneur organization in India, to scale up their healthcare delivery programs in rural India. He is a member of Rutgers Leading Disruptive Innovation Advisory Board.

He possesses a Computer Engineering degree from WIT, India and an MBA in Finance and IT from Stern School of Business, NYU.

Mr. Zimmerman is Chateaux\’s founder, President, and Senior Business Intelligence Architect. He has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the areas of project management, systems analysis and design, application development, implementation, testing, deployment, and end-user training. His expertise is especially attuned to the design of enterprise solutions focusing on Business Intelligence strategy and process improvement, business requirements specification, technical requirements specification and BI systems architecture. His broad industry experience has included large-scale projects for major financial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and telecommunications companies, and has been utilized in the logistics of various other B2B niches. Mr. Zimmerman is a customer-focused technologist with a solution and result-oriented approach.

A graduate of Duke University and former Fellow at the University of Southern California, Mr. Zimmerman has co-authored several technical books including Electronic Marketing, Dryden Press, 1999 and Oracle Unleashed, Sam\’s Books – Macmillan Publishing, 1996.
