A CSO50 Award winner, Earl Duby is a leading InfoSec expert with more than two decades of dedicated information security experience. His career has included critical cyber security leadership roles at GE, Affina Group, and Federal Mogul. Earl currently serves Lear Corporation as its CISO, where he defends business operations for a Fortune 150 with more than 160,000 employees in 257 locations. Espousing a simple message that seeks to eliminate fear, uncertainty, and doubt, he has empowered and inspired employees across several organizations.  He has been on the frontlines of operational defense throughout several worldwide cyberattacks.  Earl’s expertise has been featured in such publications as IDG’s CSO, Enterprise Security Magazine and Government Technology.

Earl holds Master’s Degrees in Accounting and Information Assurance, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.  He has also earned the CISM, CISA, CISSP, and CFE certifications.
