Steve Heilenman is currently CIO for Computer Aid, Inc. (CAI), a global IT services and outsourcing firm that is currently managing active engagements with over 100 fortune 1000 companies and government agencies around the world. CAI has offices and operations in Australia, China, the Philippines, India, Europe, and North America. Steve has over 25 years of experience as an IT executive and has held previous positions with Ashton Technology Group, Vanguard Investment Company, Price Waterhouse, and EDS. Steve is on the Philadelphia SIM board, a former President of Philadelphia SIM and a member of SIM’s Advanced Practices Council. He has presented at multiple CIO forums and has been on various CIO panels to discuss Leadership and Innovation. He has recently Co-authored a book “Inside the Minds: Driving Business Value with Innovative Technology Strategies” 2014 – Thomson Reuters. He is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG), and a former CIO roundtable subgroup Chairman. In 2013 Steve was recognized for his excellence in leadership by being rewarded CAI’s Associate’s Choice Leadership award winner. Steve graduated with honors from Widener University.
