Designing the Intelligent Automated Enterprise
One of the hottest topics that we’ve been talking with CIOs and business technology leaders about is, of course, the use of GenAI. The discussions have centered on ways to leverage GenAI to drive productivity, to help identify new business models and Go-to-Market business models and to develop personalized and intuitive customer experiences.
This extends to designing the intelligent automated enterprise which includes optimizing processes and streamlining operations to help reduce costs.
We’ll be diving into these topics at our 16th Annual New Jersey C-Level Technology Leadership Summit on May 23 at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, N.J. Our first panel of all-star speakers who will explore how to apply visionary global leadership to GenAI and automation initiatives will include Marianne Bachynski, former CIO of Investments & Enterprise Systems at Corebridge Financial; Lakshman Nathan, EVP & CIO at Paramount Global; Ramesh Razdan, Global CIO at Bain & Company; and Nik Umrani, Global CIO at NSM Insurance Group.
The summit will also feature an Executive Fireside Chat between HMG Strategy Founder and CEO Hunter Muller with Elizabeth Hackenson, SVP & CIO at Schneider Electric. The discussion will focus on how CIOs and business leaders can create the intelligent automated enterprise – one that operates more efficiently using data-driven insights while harnessing the use of Green IT to help foster true business innovation.
Elizabeth will also share how she is working closely with the company’s CEO and Board to position the Digital Enterprise along with the use of Green IT to become an IMPACT Maker leader enabling a more Resilient, Secure and Sustainable organization.
The New Jersey summit will also feature a panel discussion focused on the intricacies of implementing intelligent automation. This will include how intelligent automation can enhance efficiency, agility and the customer experience; whether intelligent automation should be approached as a gradual evolution or as a disruptive leap; along with navigating the technical challenges, change management and cultural shifts required for successful adoption.
Top-tier business technology leaders speaking on this panel will include Pasquale Cirullo, VP IT, Richards Manufacturing Company and President of SIM New Jersey; Geoffrey Laissus, Senior Director, Product Management at Automation Anywhere; Mark Sander, Chief Digital and Information Officer at Azurity Pharmaceuticals; and Samir Sethi, SVP, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Hackensack Meridian Medical.
If you live and work in the greater New Jersey area, we hope you’ll be able to join us at the summit on May 23rd. To learn more about our upcoming New Jersey summit and to register for the event, click here.
