Larry Bilker is a seasoned business technology executive with extensive experience in solving complex business, technological, and organizational problems.  Other roles have included CTO of First Quality Enterprises, Director of Business Architecture at AmerisourceBergen, and CIO of GE\’s Water & Process Technologies, as well as several consulting positions.   Larry holds a BS in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jay Ferro is the former Chief Information Officer for Quikrete, the largest manufacturer of packaged concrete in the United States. Previously, he served as CIO for a number of other companies including Earthlink, the American Cancer Society and AIG.

Known as a thought-leader in the information technology arena, Ferro is a frequent guest speaker and panelist, both in Atlanta and nationwide. In recognition of his accomplishments, Ferro was selected as as one of ComputerWorld’s 2015 100 IT Leaders, as well as Georgia CIO of the Year in 2011, and is currently serving as chair for the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. Ferro was also selected to join Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2015 and participate in a rigorous year-long leadership development program alongside other prominent Atlanta leaders. Ferro earned both his BA in political science and his MBA from the University of Georgia. Sandeep joined Saint Gobain in May of 2016 in the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Saint Gobain Construction Products North America.  He has responsibility for shaping the Information Technology (IT) strategy along with leading the Construction Products IT organization. He works closely with the leaders across Saint Gobain to ensure that IT accelerates innovation, leads and drives digital transformation, delivers against key business performance goals to help drive growth initiatives. Mr. Lux brings more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology and 20 years of experience in Financial Services to his position at Cenlar. He is responsible for providing overall technology strategy and oversight of Cenlar’s Information Systems to all areas of the company. Prior to joining Cenlar, Rob worked at Freddie Mac as EVP, Chief Information Officer, where he managed all IT systems, performed IT legacy remediation, and performed regulatory oversight. Dara A Meath was formerly the Divisional Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital / Ecomm at Conair Corporation. Prior to joining Conair, Dara was the Vice President of Information Technology at The Camuto group. She provides executive leadership as Head of Global IT. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support worldwide as an integral component of business the plan. Redesign cost-effective system strategies, policies, and procedures. Before devoting her work fulltime to The Camuto Group, Dara served as Director of System Implementation at Apparel Business Systems. Re-engineered, developed, and advised companies on existing and new platforms. Designed a customized application structure to support a full business solution. Dara is also the owner of DestinyintheSkye, a local CT accessories business designed to give back the majority of sales to local and global organizations in need. Tamir developed a multi-year technology road map focused on rationalizing applications, optimizing infrastructure, and innovating technology to drive successful organic growth, mergers, and acquisitions. Through a broad portfolio of applications, Tamir managed the delivery of services and innovations to 18,000 internal customers and to millions of Sunoco consumers at convenience stores and gas stations in 26 states.

Andy is Vice President of Technology Development for TMNA Services (TMNAS), LLC. Established in 2012 as the shared services company to Tokio Marine North America, Inc. (TMNA), with headquarters located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, TMNAS provides value-added services to all TMNA Group Companies including Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY), First Insurance Company of Hawaii (FICOH), and Tokio Marine Management, Inc. Ted Bredikin is CIO and VP of Technology for UnitedHealthCare’s Medicare Supplement business, with estimated revenues of $10B. The only company to offer Medicare plans with the AARP name, UnitedHealthcare serves nearly 1 in 5 people in the Medicare program through its portfolio of plans. It is the nation’s largest Medicare Supplement provider, serving approximately 4.4 million people.

Jennifer Charters joined Flagstar Bank in June 2018 as executive vice president and chief information officer. Kevin Kilgore is a Business Information Security Officer for Ascensus, Inc.  Kevin has held senior Security Leadership positions in his twenty-two years in Information Security, including several CISO roles for a total of thirty-six years in Information Technology.  Kevin is a member of several Security and IT industry sharing and influencing groups and has been a governing body member in one for nine years.

Prior to Covanta, Tammy was the Chief Information Security Officer for Versum Materials.  At Versum, she was responsible for the Cyber Security Program which included Information Risk Management, Plant/OT Cyber Security as well as IT Security, Risk & Compliance activities.  Versum was a $1.3B global electronic materials company with manufacturing operations in 14 facilities across North American & Asia.  Prior to her role at Versum, Tammy worked at Air Products & Chemicals for 25 years in a variety of leadership roles.  Highlights of her Air Products career include IT Communications, Service & Business Relationship Management, global leadership of multiple IT support teams and IT Audit Manager.

Ken Krieger, Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Training & Development,has been with The Judge Group since 1988. Ken has over 30 years of Senior Management experience as an operations & strategic planning innovator and thought leader. Donna L. Ross was appointed to her current position as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer in July 2016. In this role she is responsible for Radian’s information security program and business compliance, as well as the enterprise project management and initiative governance programs. 

Donna is a senior security and compliance executive with over 20 years of diverse risk, compliance, cyber security, technology, and operations experience within the manufacturing, insurance, banking, financial services, health care and retail sectors. Before joining Radian, Donna had senior level roles in security and compliance and Accolade, Corning Incorporated, GMAC, and Prudential.  Most recently, Donna was at Accolade, Inc., a provider of an on-demand healthcare concierge for employers, health plans, and health systems where she served as the head of Information Security and the Chief Compliance Officer.  Prior to Accolade, Donna served as IT director, Information Risk Management for Corning Incorporated, joining them in 2008. Additionally Donna is highly active in the cyber security community.  She was a founding committee member on the FBI’s project to establish Automated Network Cyber Attack Reporting System, is on the advisory board of Secure World Philadelphia where she often presents about cyber security, privacy and threat management, and maintains a close tie to government/industry cyber-experts through the national InfraGard program where she was the recipient of two awards from Director of FBI for Exceptional Service to the Public Interest, and recipient of the President’s Call to Service Award (G. Anahi Santiago is the Chief Information Security Officer at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware, one of the country’s largest healthcare providers.  With over 20 years in the Information Technology field, Anahi has extensive experience in areas of cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, program management and infrastructure services.

Anahi has overall responsibility for the organization’s information security program and strategic direction. She leads a team of high performing information security professionals in supporting Christiana\’s strategic initiatives by partnering with the business and managing risks, implementing policies and controls, and generating overall awareness.

Anahi holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as an Executive MBA from Drexel University.  She is also an active contributor in several national information security and privacy organizations.

Helane Stein is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Brixmor Property Group.

Helane is responsible for the overall technology vision, strategy, systems and infrastructure that support business operations.  She leads the implementation of transformational solutions that drive organizational efficiency, increase productivity, enhance collaboration and deliver results.

Prior to joining Brixmor in 2015, Helane worked as the Vice President of Information Technology for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust where she led the development of technology strategy, innovation and operations. She has also served in multiple management, senior consultant and programming positions at Siemens Medical Solutions.

Helane earned a Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from The University of Pittsburgh. Helane is active in the REIT tech industry having served on several boards, panels and user groups throughout her career. She currently serves as board member for the Oracle Real Estate Users Group and Society of Information Management.   She has been recognized for innovative use of technology for three consecutive years by leading technology publication Information Week.  She has nearly 20 years of experience working in the shopping center industry.

Proven strengths in business transformation, team building, effective leadership, developing strategies, problem solving, and continuous improvement. Expertise in leading Finance and HR shared service operations, achieving process and cost optimization using digital technologies. Extensive knowledge of business operations and processes in Industrial, Defense and Workforce solutions.

Laura Whitt-Winyard VP of Security & IT at Hummingbird and was formerly CISO of Malwarebytes. In addition to her role at Malwarebytes, Laura is a Fellow at the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT). As a Fellow, she has contributed to the Cyberspace Solarium Commission\’s report on cybersecurity plus The Cybershield Act S.965 of the 117th Congress. She is also an International Advisory Board Member and Women in Technology board member at HMG Strategy. Prior to her time at Malwarebytes, she was Global Chief Information Security Officer for DLL Group, Director of Security for Billtrust, and held senior leadership positions in security at Comcast and Bloomberg, LP.

 Laura has been a member of the cybersecurity community for over 20 years and was featured in the book: Women Know Cyber: 100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cyber Crime. She and her teams have been nominated for and the recipients of many awards spanning multiple years such as HMG Strategy\’s Global Technology Executives Who Matter Award, ISE® North America & Northeast Project Nominee & Finalist, ISE® North America & Northeast Executive of the Year nominee, CSO 50/40 Awards winner, RSA Archer Innovation Awards & Excellence Awards.

Angela Yochem is formerly EVP & Chief Digital Officer for Novant Health, a super-regional healthcare system with one of the largest medical groups in the US. She and her teams delivered world-class consumer capabilities, differentiating technologies, and advanced clinical solutions that allowed the high-growth system to provide remarkable patient care.

Angela has served as EVP/CIO at Rent-A-Center, Global CIO at BDP International, Global CTO at AstraZeneca, and divisional CIO at Dell. She’s held tech exec roles at Bank of America and SunTrust, and held senior technology roles at UPS and IBM. In these roles, she built B2B digital product lines, grew digital retail channels (B2C), created technical services lines of business, and transformed global technology capabilities.

Angela has been a Director for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh, BDP Transport, BDP Global Services Asia and Europe, and Rocana, with experience on Audit, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, and Governance/Policy committees. She remains an EIR for Vonzos Partners, a Mentor for SKTA Innopartners, and an Advisor for Dioko Ventures. Angela serves on the board of Freedom School Partners, a non-profit committed to promoting literacy in the Charlotte area, and on the executive team of the Go Red for Women organization, part of the American Heart Association. She is a Trustee of the Charlotte Regional Business Initiative, and is an advisory board member for the American Hospital Association Innovation Council and the University of Tennessee Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department.

Angela has a Bachelor of Music from DePauw University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, holds three US Patents and is an author with Addison-Wesley and Prentice-Hall.
