Arthur Borden leads the Product Services group within Commercial Underwriting Services at CNA.  In this role, Arthur and his team oversee the implementation and ongoing support of insurance products within CNA’s Commercial business unit.  Additionally, he manages the budgeting, business requirements and delivery of technology projects across the Commercial business unit.

Arthur has led multiple enterprise transformation projects in his career at CNA.  Prior to joining CNA, he has an extensive background in insurance, spanning multiple national carriers and roles.  He has led enterprise business and technology projects in the multiple areas of the insurance value chain.  Art’s career has focused on Business Architecture and Technology enablement, supporting the conversations between Business and Technology that drive transformation.

Arthur has an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University and a BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College.  Additionally, he has certificates in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, Project Management from Northwestern and Web Commerce from DePaul.  He has spoken at numerous industry events and roundtables, with a focus on technology’s impact on insurance underwriting.
