Chandy Ghosh is a well-respected CIO & Technology leader specializing in Digital Transformation.

She was formerly an Executive Partner at ThoughtWorks, a software-engineering company that seeks to revolutionize business by delivering disruptive technologies to address client’s toughest challenges.

Prior to this, Chandy was the Executive Vice President of Technology at Intrado, Longmont, Colorado, running 9-1-1 solutions, the nation’s Critical Infrastructure governed by the Dept of Homeland Security.   Ms. Ghosh has served in several leadership positions including: VP, Customer Digital Strategy, CenturyLink; Global Head, Product Delivery at Johnson Controls/GWS; CIO, CQG & Principal Consultant at KPMG-BearingPoint.

Stephen Katsirubas is a well-known driver of global digital transformation and innovation with a proven track record of achieving results.    

An industry respected leader, Mr. Katsirubas is currently the Chief Information Officer for Hunter Douglas, the world leader in the windows covering and architectural industry.   In this role, Mr. Katsirubas is responsible for the overall IT strategy and technology empowerment of the Hunter Douglas North American organization.   

Over a 25+ successful year career in IT, he has championed numerous successful technology initiatives ranging from $100M+ large scale ERP implementations to leading manufacturing technology solutions as well as digital and mobile innovation, global supply chain transformations, leading edge ecommerce solutions as well as building world class agile global IT organizations.  

Prior to joining Hunter Douglas, Mr. Katsirubas has had a long career in IT as the Global CIO for Crocs, CIO for Clarks, and has held several other positions as a program director, software engineer and a management consultant in the international trade arena.  Other accomplishments include being recognized as a top Colorado CIO in 2015 as well as a being previously nominated as the top Retail CIO of the Year in 2012.  Preceding the IT portion of his career, he distinctly served with the United States Marine Corps as a non-commission officer and is a combat veteran of the first Gulf War.  Mr. Katsirubas holds an MBA from Clarkson University and a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University.  Mr. Katsirubas likes to spend his time with his wife and three children as well as assisting charities that support children.  He currently sits on the board of A Precious Child that is based in Denver, CO.

Tony Leng was formerly Managing Director of Diversified Search and led the firm’s Digital Transformation and CIO practice from its San Francisco office.  Previously, Tony was Managing Partner of Hodge Partners. Tony has conducted many “C” level searches for organizations where leaders are transforming/building organizations that are taking advantage of digital technologies.  He has conducted “C” level searches conducted for organizations such as Aurora Healthcare, Axalta, Catholic Health Initiatives, Blue Shield of California, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Delta Dental, Dignity Health, Esurance, Kaiser Permanente, Novant Health, PG&E, Polycom, Sutter Health, Symmetricom, TE Connectivity, and Wellmark. 

Prior to his executive search experience, Tony was a Board member of three public companies and CEO of a $600 million Public Company. Before that, Tony ran a $1 billion division of a telephone company focused on corporate users and had responsibility for all data services and networking products. While at the telephone company, he was founder and Chairman of its ISP and a board member of its 2 million-subscriber cell phone subsidiary. 

Tony uses his operating experience from being a CEO, financial background as a CPA and CA, and technical knowledge from the work that he has done for Tech companies to drill down and understand at a nuanced level what his clients are seeking to achieve as they build their teams. Tony received a Bachelor of Commerce (with honors), University of Cape Town, South Africa and is a Chartered Accountant and CPA.

As Deloitte Global Chief Information Security Officer, Dave is responsible for building and maintaining the vision, strategy, and programs necessary to secure Deloitte’s information assets, technologies, and data. He drives the continuous evolution and deployment of an enterprise-wide information risk management program and has the privilege to lead world class cybersecurity talent.

Prior to joining Deloitte in April 2018, Dave served as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for CenturyLink, Inc. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Security for Qwest Communications International, Inc., prior to the merger with CenturyLink where he was responsible for various corporate security programs.

As a Supervisory Special Agent with the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Dave was responsible for investigating violations of federal statutes in which the Internet, computer systems, and networks were exploited as the targets of terrorist organizations, foreign government sponsored intelligence operations or criminal activities. He managed programs related to white collar crime, crisis management, critical infrastructure protection, and violent crime.

Currently, Dave is a member of the International Security Management Association (ISMA) and Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI. 

Molly Rauzi has twenty years of experience leading large, complex business transformation, culture and organizational change initiatives. As a consultant and Chief Information Officer, she provides expert counsel to our clients who are undergoing rapid change. Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Molly was the Managing Director leading the Business Advisory Services Practice in the Denver office of Grant Thornton LLP.

From 2007 to 2011, Molly served as an appointee of then Mayor John Hickenlooper (now the Governor of Colorado) to serve as the Chief Information Officer for the City and County of Denver.  Before working for the Mayor of Denver, Molly served as the Director of Technology for Denver International Airport. She has been an active member of her community for more than twenty years. Molly serves on the Board of Directors for Craig Hospital NewCloud Networks, and the Colorado Technology Association.  She also serves on the Center for Information Technology Innovation Board for the University of Colorado Denver Business School. She was voted one of the Twenty five most powerful women in Colorado in 2017. She was honored as Outstanding Woman in Business in 201o by the Denver Business Journal.  Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Adminstration, Pre-Law with a minor in Sociology from Regis University, and a Master in Systems Management from the College of Systems Science from the University of Denver. 

Bart Waress is a veteran IT leader known for his business partnering and strategic technical road mapping. Bart has lead IT teams in oil & gas, healthcare, banking and finance, warranty, and telecommunications and cable industries over the last 20 years.

Denis Zerr serves as Chief Information Officer for Radiology Partners. Previously, Denis held the role of Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for Catholic Health Initiatives and served as Vice President of Information and Business Services for Amgen, the world’s largest biotechnology company. He has a strong track record of developing and leading IT programs in healthcare and life sciences organizations.

Denis earned a master’s degree in information systems from Telecom Ecole de Management in Paris and an additional master’s degree in business and management from Universite Paris Dauphine.

Michael Archuleta is a highly respected leader in the field of Health Information Technology and serves as the Chief Information Officer of Mt. San Rafael Hospital in Trinidad, Colorado. William Chumley currently serves as Chief Customer Officer for the Governor\’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) for the State of Colorado.  William\’s visionary and collaborative leadership developed five-year IT roadmaps across 17 executive branch agencies while delivering on 400+ projects totaling $600m.  His cross-functional team raised survey scores 50 percent for service excellence, 31 percent for customer satisfaction, 14 percent for employee engagement, and 12 percent for reducing information security risk.  

William Chumley joined OIT in 2011, bringing with him 23 years of team management and customer relationship accomplishments in public and private sectors, small and large profit and not-for-profit organizations, and corporate and personal business environments. In his initial role as the Deputy IT Director supporting the Department of Revenue, he helped to improve overall service delivery from OIT to the department while implementing project management and intake processes in collaboration with the agency partners. In a subsequent appointment as Deputy Director of Enterprise Applications, William established an entirely new organizational structure and process flow for that team while emphasizing improved customer delivery on application support and enhancement. He also served as the Business Portfolio Director within the Customer Office before becoming the Chief Customer Officer in September 2014. 
Having started as an assembly language programmer for United Airlines, William quickly became an influential leader and moved to Sabre/Travelocity. At Sabre, William established application development centers in a variety of international locations while supervising and leading a matrixed team of developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, architects, and managers. Jamie Cutler is a 17 year veteran in technology and corporate management. He has held leadership positions in the public, hospitality, technology and most recently the oil and gas sectors over his career. Today, Mr. Cutler serves as the Chief Information Officer at QEP Resources Inc., an S&P 500 Energy company based in Denver, Colorado and he was previously with MarkWest Energy Partners in Denver.

Veena Dandapani is a transformational business and technology leader with 20+ years of experience leading global growth initiatives, product development, and partnerships for publicly listed and privately held financial services, consumer products, and healthcare companies. Guided by her principle that customer-centric products powered by technology deliver business value, she has led several transformative initiatives driving growth at scale throughout her career. Veena currently serves as SVP Global Head of Products at Western Union, leading a product portfolio across digital, retail, payments, and professional services, serving 200 countries. Veena is responsible for product strategy, design, development, and launch across digital-retail channels. Before Western Union, she has held leadership roles across multiple industries, including Vice President, IT Strategy, and Portfolio at Catholic Health Initiatives, where she focused on short and long-term IT strategy and investments. Scott Hicar is Vice President of Business Process and CIO for Benchmark Electronics.  In this role, he has global responsibility for ensuring consistent processes, systems and infrastructure efficiently support our business and our customers globally.

Mr. Hicar has more than 25 years of Technology Leadership experience in transformational roles. Prior to Benchmark Scott was CIO for TwentyEighty, a corporate training company focused on sales enablement, leadership, program execution and credit performance. He has served as Senior Vice President and CIO for DigitalGlobe, Senior Vice President and CIO at Solectron Corporation, and Chief Information Officer and Vice-President of Worldwide IT at Maxtor. He has held management positions in the Supply Chain/ERP practice at Price Waterhouse, as well as serving as an internal consultant within ICI Americas.

Mr. Hicar received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in business administration from Ohio University.

Mark Martinet has over 25 years of US and international experience leading and transforming businesses within large enterprises and start-ups. Mark most recently served as the Chief Information officer at Level 3 Communications from 2009 to 2013 where he led a successful and broad global IT transformation across talent, architecture, data center operations and applications development. Previously, Mark spent 5 years at BT Group in London where he led the reconstruction of the BT Online businesses and served as the CIO and CTO of the UK business division. Prior to joining the BT Group Mark was in Corporate Development and Strategy at Qwest and served as a product GM for managed services and data center products. In years prior Mark also worked at MFS Communications in sales and sales management and a sports marketing firm in Luxembourg that focused on formula auto racing. Mark started his career as a founder and CEO of a clothing design and manufacturing company called NET Sportswear located in San Diego, CA. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona and an MBA from University of Denver.

Matt Mehlbrech leads the global IT organization at CoorsTek, Inc. as Vice President of Information Technology. CoorsTek is a global leader in engineered ceramics, serving numerous industries, from semi-conductor manufacturing, to energy and defense solutions, to medical devices.

In his role, Matt leads the definition and execution of the information technology strategy for CoorsTek, partners with the various business units, manages all IT resources, and supports all business systems and processes, including ERP and manufacturing-related systems, global infrastructure, information security, and end-user tools.

Prior to joining CoorsTek, Matt spent over 18 years with Eaton Corporation, a $20B power management company providing products and services in the electrical, vehicle, hydraulics and aerospace industries.  There, he served as vice president of IT for its Industrial Sector, representing $7.5B in revenue. 

Matt holds a BA in Business Administration and Honors Program in Management Information Systems form the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Matt is based out of the Golden CoorsTek headquarters office. 

Suma Nallapati is an accomplished technology leader and consultant with more than seventeen years progressive experience in establishing and executing value driven global IT service strategy and delivery. She has extensive experience with leading technology driven innovation for business transformation, health care infrastructure operations, and global enterprise business applications. She is a people leader who builds high performance teams within multi-cultural, globally distributed workforce through mentoring, coaching and inspiration. Suma is a champion of collaboration, breaking silos and achieving excellence across all organizations. As Colorado’s Secretary of Technology and Chief Information Officer, she is committed to positioning the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) as a leader in IT innovation for state government. She is also passionately committed to innovating everyday solutions for our customers and end users. Suma comes to OIT from Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI), one of the nation’s largest healthcare networks, where she led service delivery operations for a complex multi-state rapidly growing healthcare IT footprint leading distributed teams that included data center and network operations, service desk and end user computing. Previously, Suma worked at TeleTech where she served as the Global Director of Enterprise applications. Suma worked to deploy complex ERP, self-service business applications and related systems in a governed, best practices framework across 19 countries and helped with the transformation of the technology organization to a true service provider model. Suma co-founded a highly successful IT consulting firm that translates proven CRM, ERP, e-business and Business Intelligence technologies business solutions for its clients across the United States. This has helped her cultivate a “think like an owner” attitude which helps her align a company\’s vision, mission, value, and culture with the daily activities of the business. She earned a master’s degree in nuclear physics from the Andhra University India, a Professional Management certification from Mountain States Employers Council and a Project Management certificate from the Project Management Institute. She has made Colorado her home for the past 17 years along with her husband Srinivas and two children. She is actively involved with several charities around health and education.

Scott Newman is the Chief Information Officer for the City of Aurora, CO, and has served in this capacity since March 2020. He oversees a department of just over 60 individuals, and works collaboratively with City Leadership, Departmental Directors, and external partners to establish the City’s technology strategy. He guided the City through the technical transformations required by Covid and continues to build upon those changes to bridge the digital divide while improving service for the community at large. Scott has worked at the City for 4 ½ years but has spent 20 years working in technology both in the private and public sectors. 

Bill graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri with an BS degree in Electrical Engineering.  Bill started his professional career with Monitor Labs developing technical applications with focus on data analytic.  That eventually led to a fourteen year technical and leadership career at Cavion Plus as Senior Software Engineer, Director of Software Development, and Head of Software-As-A-Service Channel.  It was this capacity that he conceived products and services that successful launched a start-up business then  IPO.  Most recently, within Visa Inc., Bill is the Head of Technology Strategy.  He droves technology transformation and has applied innovation agenda through conducting proof-of-concepts and developing a pipeline of feasible solutions and reference architectures in building the business/engineering innovation. 

Ginna Raahauge was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI).   CHI is a $17B and growing healthcare company.  Raahauge is a business-orientated technology leader who has played a key leadership role defining and delivering strategies that bring value to customers, partners, and shareholders of the organizations that she represents.  

Bringing more than 25 years of technology and business leadership experience across the high tech industry vertical, Raahauge has reported to several C-level positions and provided strategic direction and advice to the company and its Board of Directors.  Raahauge has a proven track record and commitment to innovation cycles, operational excellence and unique understanding of the challenges in both developing and applying technology for transformations or turnarounds.   As a respected technology executive, Raahauge was invited to become a member of Sutter Hill Ventures CIO Advisory Board (http://www.shv.com ) which is a highly successful venture firm established in 1962.

For the past 5 years, Raahauge also serves as Board member and member of the Diligence Team for acquisitions, of a non-profit, MentorNet, with a mission to ensure the success of the technology and engineering (STEM) workforce of the future.  As a current Board member, Raahauge has advised through several turnaround scenarios and re-launch assessments, including developing strategies that capture new business models.  Raahauge is a co-founder of an angel investment firm that specializes in bringing capital to demographics that have historically been ignored.   She is an active investor and funded Series A, B, C rounds for early start inventions.

Prior to her roles as a CIO at Riverbed and Informatica, Raahauge served as Vice President, IT at Cisco, where she was responsible for the entire technology platform that delivered Cisco\’s core revenue capturing revenue growth from $36B to $46B.   During her tenure, Raahauge authored and executed on several transformational strategies that enabled several business models to scale across the technology platforms with an eye on simplification and innovative solutions.  Raahauge is also experienced in other Operational functions related to M&A, Risk Management, Integrations, Divestitures, Global Corporate Real Estate. 

Ms. Raahauge is internationally recognized leader and recipient of numerous awards focused on transformational technology initiatives, diversity, and women in technology.  She regularly contributes technology and leadership articles that have been published in Forbes, WSJ, Computerworld, WIRED, CIO.com, HBR Publications – Enterprisers Project, and other international publications.

She and her husband, Jason, enjoy time on the lake wakeboarding, running, biking, attending their son’s swim competitions, and split their time between San Francisco and Denver.   

Matt Schwartz currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Sage Hospitality. In this capacity, Matt has responsibility for all aspects of IT including applications, infrastructure, business intelligence, project management and security for the entire company. Matt spends most days thwarting cyberattacks, enhancing Sage’s CRM database, and moving as much as possible to the Cloud.

Prior to joining Sage, Matt served as the VP of Digital Solutions at Intrawest where he deployed a cloud-based Central Reservation System (CRS) to all of Intrawest’s resort properties including Winter Park and Steamboat.  Prior to Intrawest, Matt held various leadership positions in IT and Finance at PetSmart and Staples. Matt has a strong passion for technology, starting his career as a “coder” of HTML and SQL.

Matt earned a B.S. with Honors from Cornell University and an M.B.A from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. 

Gautam Sethi is the CTO & Acting-COO for Douglas County School District, a suburb of Denver CO. Douglas County with its 91 schools serves over 67,000 students and 8,000 staff members with an annual budget of $700M. 

Gautam joined DCSD with over 18 years of Information Technology experience. In those years he started work as a technology consultant for companies like Verizon and Johnson & Johnson prior to joining New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE). It was at NYCDOE he discovered his passion for solving deeply complex educational and operational problems using technology. During his 8 years at NYCDOE he managed various IT projects impacting the 1.4 million students and 1,600 schools. He then moved from the largest school district in the US to Atlanta Public Schools (APS) to work in an urban environment with significant equity issues as it relates to technology. 

He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Delhi University, India and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University, Atlanta.

Michael Spandau is FMIC’s Senior Vice President of Global Information Technology and CIO.

Spandau joined Fender in October 2005 and orchestrated the remediation efforts related to Fender’s SAP implementation. He has responsibility for managing, developing and executing Fender’s Global IT strategy.

Prior to joining Fender, Spandau worked for twelve years at Deloitte Consulting, leading complex international ERP implementations and IT initiatives for a diverse international business clientele. Prior to Deloitte Consulting he worked for Shell Chemicals in Europe and on Worldbank projects located East Africa and Indonesia.

Michael holds a diploma in Computer Science with special focus on Business Economics from the Hochschule Reutlingen, Germany.
 

As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, John Swieringa is responsible for enterprise information technology strategy and operations at DISH. Swieringa joined DISH in 2007 and was most recently responsible for software development and enterprise systems architecture as Vice President of IT Application Development and Architecture. Swieringa spent the first 10 years of his career working in Corporate Finance for DISH and other Fortune 500 companies, before making the switch to IT. He was recently recognized by IDG’s CIO magazine and the CIO Executive Council as a recipient of a 2014 CIO Ones to Watch™ Award honoring future CIOs who have demonstrated leadership, drive, innovation and delivered value to their business. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver\’s Daniels College of Business.
