Jesse Carrillo is responsible for directing all corporate technology, strategy and standards for Hines worldwide. Jesse joined Hines in 1994 as a consultant to assist in the implementation of the firm\’s accounting and property management software. After being made a full-time employee in 1995, he was promoted to Director of Application Development in 2001, where he held the lead role in the implementation of Hines¹ ERP system. He took over the responsibility for Hines IT as CTO in 2007 and later promoted to CIO in 2009. Mr. Carrillo completed undergraduate studies at Trinity University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Mr. Carrillo is a member of the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s (NSHMBA), CIO Executive Council, Greater Houston Partnership’s Cybersecurity Task Force, Houston Society of Information Management (SIM) and serves on the Realcomm International Advisory Council after having served as co-chair in 2010. He was a featured writer for the book, Building a Green IT Team, part of the Inside the Minds series from Aspatore Publishers. He is also a strong supporter of promoting Youth In IT through his involvement with the Genesys Works (http://www.genesysworks.org) and Citizen Schools (http://www.citizenschools.org) programs.

Joe is responsible over all of CITGO’s Information Technology and Security operations.  Joe has over 35 years of IT experience supporting the Oil and Gas Industry.   Prior to being named CIO Joe has held multiple positions in IT with responsibilities over application teams that support Finance, HR, Hydrocarbon Supply Chain, Mid-Office, Marketing, and various other business units.  Joe was also responsible for CITGO’s ERP System.  Joe also has managed the Technical Infrastructure and Operations teams with responsibilities including the Enterprise Network, Servers & Storage, Workstations and Strategic planning over IT Infrastructure and Cloud based applications. 

Joe is a member of the Computer Science Industry Advisory Board at Oklahoma State University and a Board Member of the Gutierrez Energy Management Institute for the University of Houston.  Joe is the past Chair for the American’s SAP User Group Oil & Gas Special Interest Group.   Joe is a member of the Society of Information Management, Houston Chapter.   Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from Oklahoma State University and a MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. 

With over twenty eight years in the information technology field, Myra Davis is the Sr. Vice President at Texas Children\’s Hospital. Currently as the Sr.VP of Information Services, Myra has the responsibility to enhance the operation and services of the IS department by maintaining on-going emphasis on customer values, project management, teamwork and implementation of successful operational practices. Her responsibilities include leading a management team of 5 and a staff of 350. Myra is involved with IS Project Management Office, IS Internal Controls, Enterprise Applications both Clinical and Epic Support, Enterprise Business Systems, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, Customer Support and Health Information Management (HIM).

Myra is innovative and accustomed to a heavy workload while possessing strong communication and leadership skills. In addition, she has the ability to successfully work with Senior Management and Executives and is skilled in project planning, team building and an adept negotiator. Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Day was the Chief Information Officer for Sysco Corp., a Fortune 100 company. There, she focused on IT strategic planning efforts that led to a business transformation which included a centralized, standard approach across business processes with a shared-services objective.

She also led strategic change initiatives to develop Sysco\’s first mobile applications, consolidation and hosting of infrastructure, as well as staff augmentation and managed service delivery models. Ms. Day served as a member of the executive risk management committee and the executive risk owner for data protection, cyber security and information technology availability.

Other areas of focus included vendor management / contract negotiation, software selection, enterprise data warehouse strategy, organization design and movement from decentralized to centralized IT delivery / management, as well as migration of custom applications to best-of-breed application model and to SAP as the foundational ERP.

Ms. Day currently holds leadership positions on two non-profit boards, Women and Foodservice Forum and Genesys Works Houston. Both organizations represent her commitment to the development of youth and women.

Gene Janiszewski founded the Paradigm Group Inc.in November of 2003 after a 27-year track record in information Systems. As Chief Information Officer, Melanie Kirkwood Ruiz is responsible for several critical areas of ABM’s business, including the optimization of ABM’s IT infrastructure to enable greater business innovation; enhancement of service delivery through client-facing technology and data-driven insights; modernizing IT organizations and operating models; Intelligent Automation; Data and Analytics; and development and execution of technology strategy that supports ABM’s business transformation at both the enterprise and line-of-business levels.

Melanie is a progressive technology leader with 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including technology, commercial real estate, manufacturing, healthcare and aviation. She joins ABM from Cushman & Wakefield technology group, where she was responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy in the Americas. She has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Engineering from Cornell University

Paul Krueger has been a Vice President/Chief Information Officer for over 20 years responsible for the Information Technology (IT) at a number of large multi-billion dollar manufacturing companies or divisions. These include JB Poindexter, Inc; Stewart & Stevenson; GE Oil & Gas; Vetco International; and ABB Oil & Gas. Earlier in his career, he also held senior IT management positions at AlliedSignal Filters & Spark Plugs (Autolite & FRAM) and TRW Automotive. Paul has a Master\’s Degree in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelor\’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa

McNeil is responsible for enhancing and overseeing McKesson’s information and operational technology security strategy program, as well managing information security governance. He will also ensure the execution of McKesson’s cybersecurity strategy across the enterprise.

McNeil has an extensive background in cybersecurity and significant experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as the Global Product & Security Officer for Royal Philips where he deployed consistent processes across the entire portfolio of healthcare products and services. He has also held senior leadership positions at Medtronic, Liberty Mutual Group, Pitney Bowes, and Reynolds & Reynolds.

Michael holds several board and executive member positions, including the Healthcare and Public Health Sector Coordinating Council (HSCC) Executive Committee, the Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center (H-ISAC), the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI). He has also provided expert testimony before Congress on matters concerning cybersecurity and data privacy.

In October 2020, Michael joined the Board of Directors for Medcrypt.

Tom leads the Sysco Technologies organization. Before joining Sysco, Tom served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information and Digital Officer, at Ingram Micro, a global leader in technology distribution, supply chain services and cloud solutions. 

With more than 20 years of technology leadership experience, Tom’s background includes leading enterprise information technology strategy, services, operations, risk and cybersecurity for large global enterprises, including transformation and digital commerce strategy focused on the use of data, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to enhance the customer and associate experience.

Prior to Ingram Micro, Tom held similar information technology leadership positions with AECOM, Levi Strauss & Co., MGM Resorts (formally MGM MIRAGE) and General Electric-owned NBC Universal’s global entertainment business unit. He began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy. Tom served as a Captain and Financial Management Officer.

Anup Sharma currently serves as executive group director, Information and Digital Delivery for the Worley Group. In this role, he is responsible for leading an integrated and connected information, cybersecurity, data and applied intelligence, and technology group dedicated to delivering Worley\’s data-centric and technology enabled future.

Prior to this position, he was senior vice president, Global Business Services for LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals, and refining companies. In this role he was responsible for leading the company’s digital strategy as well as the company’s information technology and procurement functions. Before LyondellBasell, Anup spent over 20 years at General Electric (GE) in several leadership assignments including Vice President and GE Officer, Digital; Global Chief Information Officer, Oil and Gas; and GM of Digital Productivity, where he implemented digital capabilities across all of GE’s industrial businesses.

Anup holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information science and business management from Huntington University in Indiana, is a graduate of GE’s Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP) and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He serves on the Board of Advisors at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business and is on the board of directors for the March of Dimes, Houston.

Diego Fonseca de Souza, is currently the Cummins Inc. Executive Director and Global Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, he is strategic thought leader adept at safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data, information systems, and operational technology (OT). He also has a proven aptitude for aligning Cyber Security hardware, software, and policies with corporate strategy. Skilled at planning, delivering, and managing global information security initiatives designed to thwart internal and external threats, Diego is Collaborative team mentor with the ability to build the best talent and inspire people through his leadership.

Diego also served as United Airline\’s Managing Director, responsible for United\’s global core security technologies where he focused on developing world-class security strategies and standards across the technology and digital organization. He has also served as a Senior Director for GE Oil & Gas, where he was responsible for leading the global IT security team in charge of driving efforts to maintain security controls around global GE Oil & Gas sites while also looking to new technologies and opportunities to enhance the business\’s security aspects. 

While in Brazil Diego has served as the Brazilian IT manager for Dresser business, leading the IT department in South America, joining GE through an acquisition in 2011 and has subsequently held several strategic roles, including participation in the honored GE leadership and career acceleration program called Corporate Audit Staff (CAS). Diego started his career at Hitechno, a family-based company in Brazil as the network administrator; subsequently, in 2003, he joined INPE (Brazilian government department) working on network security and as an administrator, providing incident response and security management to that organization. Diego is married with his wife Flavia and they have an adorable daughter, Lara, they are located in Houston, Texas.

Clif Triplett most recently completed his assignment in the Obama Administration where he was recruited to the Federal Government to address the cybersecurity challenges brought to light by the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) breach of 21.5M individuals background investigation records.  Clif served as one of eight Presidential Executive Fellows brought in from industry to assist in the remediation of significant government issues, in this case, Clif was tasked with cybersecurity.

Prior to his service with the US Government, Clif worked in many major US companies to include General Motors, Motorola and Baker Hughes in a variety of senior leadership positions. In each case, he was asked to assist those organizations in major transformations.

He was brought into General Motors by the CEO and CIO to standardize manufacturing processes and systems, and concurrently those associated with all aspects of quality across GM’s 600 manufacturing facilities.  At Motorola he was once again brought in by the CEO. He served as the General Manager for Global Services and was tasked to create the global service organization and market identity not previously existing.  At Baker Hughes, he was brought into the company by the CEO and COO to facilitate the transformation of the company from a collection of company entities across the globe operating in a holding company fashion, to a single corporation with a single face to the customer.  Also led the evolution of remote digital service operations, and within his organization, led the team responsible all remote horizontal drilling and well monitoring.

Clif is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a Masters in Computer Information Systems from Boston University.

Aakrati is a Director of Identity and Access Management, Cyber Security at Baker Hughes. She started her career as a consultant and held various roles in increasing responsibility for Acquisitions & Integrations, ERP, Sales and Operations, Finance and Cyber Security. She has over 20 years of experience in building global high-performance teams focused on strategy, execution, and customer experience. She is exceptional at driving change in complex organizations, connecting business needs with technology. She won a “Women and Technology award in Manufacturing Process Excellence”, “Excellence award for significant impact on business operations” and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Originally from India, she holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from Cleveland State University, is PMP Certified, CISM certified, a certification from Stanford University in IT Benchmarking and currently resides with her family in Houston.

Trent Aulbaugh is based in the Houston Office and is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s Global Industrial Practice Group where he focuses on senior management roles across the energy and broader industrial sector. Trent also leads the firm’s CIO Practice for the Industrial Group in North America. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder International, Trent was a Director with Alvarez and Marsal Business Consulting where he led strategy engagements. Prior to joining Alvarez and Marsal, Trent founded and led the Strategy and Transformation Service-line for BearingPoint’s Global Energy Practice. Earlier in his career, Trent was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen, Global Strategy Manager for Compaq’s Desktop Division and a Senior Analyst with First Data.

Keith Bethel has worked for Fairfield Geotechnologies since 2017, joining the company as the Chief Information Officer. He has worked in information technology for over 20 years in increasing levels of responsibility and scope covering systems, development, quality assurance, network engineering, security, process improvement, team building, and IT leadership. Beginning in 2019, he has assumed the role of Chief Information & Administrative Officer where he oversees IT, HR, compliance, and all administrative functions. He has a BS in management and marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an MBA from the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee.

Edward Block has over 20 years of experience as an information security professional, primarily focused on the effects of emerging law on personal privacy at the state, federal and international level. Edward has assisted and managed technical teams performing all aspects of information security, including credentialing functions, firewall and IDS deployment and monitoring, and penetration testing. Edward has also developed information security policies, standards and guidelines that balance protection of information assets with legal and functional requirements. 

As an attorney, Edward uses his security knowledge to ensure clients are in compliance with state, federal and international regulations. He also counsels clients to ensure they are prepared in the event of a security breach and provides guidance on their cyber insurance needs.  

As the former chief information security officer for the state of Texas, Edward understands the challenges that organizations face as they address emerging cybersecurity threats.

Edward holds numerous certifications in the security and privacy community, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional/Government (CIPP/G), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).

Mike Coogan is the Director of Information Security for Waste Management Inc., North America\’s leading provider of integrated environmental solutions.  Mike joined Waste Management in 2012, bringing over 20 years of broad experience to drive all aspects of the information security program at WM.  In this role, he has international responsibility for security strategy, architecture, policy and standards, awareness, GRC, compliance and all of the underlying IT systems such as identity management, information protection, and threat management. 

Mike has earned a Master\’s of Science degree from the University of California at Irvine, and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  He is certified as a CISSP and a CISM.

Winner of the 2020 Houston CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Award, George Crawford is responsible for directing all technology, innovation & transformation, strategy, merger/acquisition integration, and cyber security for Catapult Energy Services portfolio companies. He joined Catapult in 2013 as Partner and CIO/CISO helping create the shared services platform company that was the foundation for the five OFS companies he helped start. Mr. Crawford was interim President and COO for Roywell LLC from 2018 – 2020, a Catapult acquisition. He has been consulting with and helping Private Equity groups create shared services foundation companies for over 20 years.  

Mr. Crawford grew up in Houston and completed undergraduate studies at University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems with honors. He has served on many boards and advisory councils and currently serves as BOD President Emeritus for Houston Chapter of Society of Information Management (SIM), VP for ISACA Houston Chapter, Board Member for Hint Global Investments, member of LSC-UP’s President’s Community Advisory Council and on advisory boards for HBU, U of H, Lone Star College, Genesys Works, Cyber Houston and the NSF. Jamey Cummings was formerly Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Practice. He co-lead’s the Firm’s Global Cybersecurity Practice and is also a member of the Firm’s Information Officers Practice.

Mr. Cummings is a recognized leader in advising organizations on the recruitment, assessment, development, and retention of information technology as well as information security & risk management talent at all levels, including the Board of Directors. Robyn Doughtie serves as the Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer for Fort Bend County. She joined Fort Bend County in 2009, advancing to Software Developer/Technical Lead, and was promoted in 2016 to Applications and Systems Programming Manager, overseeing all software applications used across County departments.

Robyn is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Human Resource Management.  She also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management also from Oklahoma State University.

Currently Stephanie is the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of ABM Industries, a leading provider of facilities solutions with revenues of over $6B and over 130,000 employees in 300+ offices deployed throughout the United States and various international locations. As ABM’s first CISO Stephanie is credited with driving security strategy and transformation with a specific emphasis on the development of a risk based fit-for-purpose program. 

Prior to joining ABM, Stephanie has held various executive level positions at multibillion dollar firms.  She is the former Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of Motiva Enterprises, a Downstream oil and gas company that is the fully owned affiliate of Saudi Aramco with over $33B in sales revenue and the former IT Controller, Digital Technology at BakerHughes, a GE company, Oilfield services company with $12B annual revenue where she was responsible for all aspects of the IT Controllership/Governance function.  Within these roles she led several enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on strengthening the organizational security posture to adapt to changing cybersecurity threats.  She was a key member of internal management committees including Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk Management, and Information Technology and is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) champion holding positions board seats on the Corporate Women’s council and diversity network to elevate diversity and women’s issues and foster an inclusive work environment during her tenure at both organizations.

Stephanie spent the bulk of her career in advisory consulting at Pricewaterhouse and EY, where she spent over 10 years with increasing responsibility. She provided professional services to public and privately held companies on regulatory compliance, business transformation, cybersecurity incident and response preparation, and merger and acquisition IT integration.

She is a member of the St. Luke’s Hospital board of directors, and previously Stephanie served as the former vice chair of the of the Cybersecurity Committee of the Operational Planning, Control & Automation Technologies (OPCAT) division of the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers board. the NAACP\’s Afro-Academic, Cultural, Technological and Scientific Olympics (ACT-SO) board of directors where she chaired the Finance and Accounting Committee.  Due to the fluidity of the technology space Stephanie is also affiliated with numerous professional and industry associations.

Stephanie attended University of Texas at Austin and received both her bachelors and Master of Business Administration degrees in Management/Finance from Our Lady of Lake University.  Additionally, she received her doctoral degree from the University of Northcentral Arizona in Organizational Development and Leadership. She is a published author, and frequent speaker on Cybersecurity and D&I topics, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association.  

As the Global ERP Leader for Power & Water, Jorge is responsible for building and leading the execution of the global ERP portfolio across all business units, a significant business transformation focused on creating the next generation of Digital capabilities. 
Jorge brings significant global IT leadership experience and an excellent track record of success in the areas of revenue-generating solutions, processes and operational excellence, business process improvement and acquisition integration.

Jorge joined GE in 1998 as Project Engineer in Mexico and has held multiple IT leadership roles with increasing responsibility, in different countries, at GE Transportation, GE Aviation, GE Oil & Gas and GE Power. In his most recent role, he served as CIO for Drilling & Surface in Oil & Gas, where he led the team through multiple acquisitions integrations, ERP simplification, services digitization, and customer-facing programs. In addition, Jorge led Global Supply Chain IT and the Brilliant Factories initiative across the entire business. He also served as Board Member at the OFS-Portal, an organization in charge of advancing electronic commerce standards in the Upstream Oil & Gas industry.

Jorge earned his bachelor of engineering degree in Computer Science, with minors in Telecommunications and Mathematics, at the Institute of Technology in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. He is a graduate of the Experience Information Management Program (EIMP) and he is an active member of the GE Hispanic Forum.

Terry Janis has over 20 years of experience in providing vision, leadership and development of strong talent to support IT systems, telecommunications and business operations within Healthcare, Oil & Gas, and ecommerce industries. Steve Kendrick is President of KER Partners, LLC.  His background includes over 25 years of successful retained executive search industry and corporate recruitment professional experience. This experience includes leading successful search engagements and client relationships across commercial industry segments including financial services, payment systems, consumer retail, online-eCommerce, logistics-transportation, industrial, pharmaceutical and healthcare.  He has served industry leading clients including global Fortune 500 multinationals, mid-cap-mid-market public/private firms, as well as private equity backed portfolio companies.

Murshid is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Khan joined the Agency in 2016. His responsibilities include managing the development, maintenance and support of the Agency’s information systems, data processing, technology infrastructure, and operations. Prior to joining the Agency, Mr. Khan was the President and CIO at RealTek Holdings and the CIO for Stewart Information Services Corporation for 8 years where he led a large-scale IT transformation. Keith Landau is a Managing Director in Information Technology Services at Deloitte.  As a Chief Technology Director he leads the Relationship Management Group supporting the FSS in the US MF.   

Prior to joining Deloitte, Keith held senior IT roles with a number of organizations including Waste Management, Monster Worldwide, and Ernst & Young LLP.  Keith has led large, distributed global teams and is passionate about team building, mentoring and leadership. 

As a community leader, Keith contributes actively to the Boy Scouts of America.  He is the Scoutmaster of Troop 89 and is a founder and assistant scoutmaster of the first Scouts BSA Troop for girls in his town, The Woodlands, TX.  He also holds district level roles and leads events at the Houston Council level. Keith volunteers his free time mentoring youth in leadership and life skills using the outdoors as the classroom.

Sindhu Menon joined City of College Station as the Chief Information Office in March 2018. She heads the Information Technology Department at the City, the central IT organization, and provides leadership to technology initiatives at the City. Sindhu is a trusted advisor to City Council, City Manager and City leadership on all technology matters.

Sindhu brings more than 25 years of business transformation experience to the position. Sindhu has an extensive background in IT and Public Sector. Prior to joining City of College Station, Sindhu served as Director of ERP and as Enterprise Data Officer for City of Houston. Sindhu also held leadership positions at City of Dallas, TX and Government of Ontario, Canada.

Before starting her career in public sector, Sindhu worked in the private sector for more than 12 years, as consultant for customers in the manufacturing, energy, insurance and banking industries.

As a business technology leader with a passion for forming high-performing teams, Hellmut’s key strength is addressing concurrently the organizational, business and technology challenges resulting from business transformation and IT department turn-around projects. As Director, Global Data Center and Solution Engineering Services for Intertek PLC, a global leader in the quality and safety services industry, he manages hybrid cloud delivery services for 170 global applications supporting Intertek\’s Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification business, and leads IT solution engineering for cloud services, standardized IT solutions as well as digitalization, business intelligence, application consolidation, security and mobility projects. At FMC Technologies, Hellmut implemented and operated a IT partnership model with Western Hemisphere business units to drive IT business value; he and his team were accountable for all business process support, application and infrastructure services and, using Lean techniques, Hellmut improved throughput and on-time delivery while reducing backlog, quality escapes and cost per user. At BJ Services, Hellmut formed and led the Enterprise Infrastructure organization to provide cost-effective, dynamic, follow-the-sun support of oil field services operations, critical business systems and IT incidents. He and his team realized 25% in IT cost savings without affecting service levels. At Cooper Industries, Hellmut led the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) technology and operations function including consumption-based outsourcing services with SAPHosting. He was responsible for global application and infrastructure architecture, services and standards supporting a global business transformation based on SAP solutions. Vikas Parikh was formerly the Chief Architect at LyondellBasell where he ran enterprise architecture, emerging technologies, IT strategy and IT finance for LyondellBasell worldwide. He joined LyondellBasell in Dec 2019, prior to which he was a Sr Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions and transformation practice at EY advising clients on strategy, execution and transformation on all facets of M&A and turnarounds.
