Fred Harris is an accomplished Technology Executive with over 30 years of cross-industry experience in the Professional Services, Financial Services, Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Performing Arts and Healthcare industries. Fred is currently the Head of Cybersecurity and Technology Risk at Société Générale. In this role Fred is responsible for the Second Line of Defense for all Technology Risk (Algorithmic Trading Risk, Cybersecurity Risk, Business Continuity Risk, Data Risk and IT Risk). John Repko is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of AIG. He leads AIG’s global technology and sourcing functions, overseeing core shared infrastructure, applications, technology partnerships, procurement and vendor management. He also works closely with AIG’s leaders in support of technology-enabled cross-business collaboration, process improvement and strategic sourcing to meet the changing needs of clients.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Repko was Global Chief Information Officer of Johnson Controls (JCI) since 2016, taking up this position with the merger of JCI and Tyco. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Enterprise Transformation Leader at Tyco from 2012. Denise Fleming serves as chief information officer and executive vice president of technology and global services for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Fleming is responsible for leading all aspects of BD’s IT systems and processes, the enterprise program management office and global shared service centers. She is also a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.

Fleming joined BD from Boeing, where she was the vice president of IT and CIO of Boeing Defense, Space & Security, responsible for driving innovative digital solutions, cybersecurity compliance and managing the value delivery of IT systems for 30,000 Boeing associates. Prior to Boeing, Fleming held several positions at Sprint before joining BAE Systems, Inc. as VP, Business Technology & Application Solutions. She has more than 25 years of experience in IT, business transformation and technology solutions.

Fleming earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia; a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business; and received an Advanced General Manager’s Program certificate from Insead Business School in France.

She is also a co-founder and board member of TechPACT, a non-profit focused on increasing diversity in STEM. She is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council where she serves on the IT Advisory Committee, and a member of the Technical Advisory Board for Greycroft Venture Capital Firm. As an executive member of the IT Senior Management Forum, she mentors high potential talent selected for development programs offered by the organization. Fleming received the Career Achievement Award at the 2022 Black Engineer of the Year Award Conference and was also recognized by Diversity Woman Magazine as one of the Elite 100 in the Class of 2022. She has been featured in various publications including Forbes and US Black Engineer & IT Magazine.

Gary Sorrentino currently serves as Global CIO for Zoom Video Communications. A former Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, Gary was the Global Head of Client Cyber Awareness and Education.  For over 12 years, Gary was the Chief Technology Officer for J.P. Morgan AWM’s global technology infrastructure initiatives, where he managed its Data Privacy program and was responsible for Infrastructure, Application and End User Technology Production Support. In 2014, he assumed a new role as the lead for their Cybersecurity efforts and developed a firm wide “Protect the Client” Cyber program designed to raise cybersecurity awareness among employees and clients.  With almost 40 years of experience in Information Technology, Gary has served in various other IT leadership positions in firms across the financial services industry. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, Gary was Head of Global Infrastructure and Head of Technology Efficiencies at Citi Private Bank, where he was responsible for Global Infrastructure Support and strategic technology initiatives. Other roles he has held include Global Technology CFO at Credit Suisse and North America IT Controller at UBS 

Scott Strickland will spearhead the ongoing effort to enhance and implement Wyndham’s overall technology strategy and the continued migration of the company’s 18 brands to the Sabre SynXis property management and central reservation system. Wyndham Hotel Group was the first global hospitality company of its scale to roll out the system helping economy and midscale hoteliers grow their business by more efficiently managing pricing and inventory

With 25 years of experience in the field of information technology, Strickland joins Wyndham from D+M Group where he led the company’s information technology function as chief information officer. Prior to this position, Strickland held the role of executive director, information technology with Nissan North America. Previously, he held technology roles at Stanley Black & Decker, IBM and Mars, Inc.

James (Jim) Swanson previously served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of Digital Transformation for the Crop Science division of Bayer. Based in Monheim, Germany, Swanson led teams across the world using digital innovation and data science to transform and deliver world-class products and services sustainably. 

Most recently, Swanson was the Chief Information Officer at Monsanto for the past five years. His breadth of experience also includes executive and scientific roles at Merck, Johnson & Johnson and SmithKline Beecham. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioscience and Biotechnology and a master’s degree in Computer Science, both from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sigal Zarmi is an award-winning Chief Information Officer (CIO) and former International CIO and head of Digital
Transformation at Morgan Stanley. She currently serves on two public company boards, ADT Inc. (NYSE: ADT, $5B+
revenue) and Hashicorp (NASDAQ: HCP) as well as BigID (Tech, VC sponsors). At Hashicorp, a hyper growth Tech
company which went public in December 2021, Sigal is the chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee and
serves on the on the Audit committee which includes Enterprise Risk Management. At ADT, where Sigal also serves on
the Audit Committee, she was involved in the acquisition of SolarPro.

Yuri Aguiar is the Chief Information and Transformation Officer at The Ogilvy Group and, prior to that, he was the Strategic Portfolio Director on the leadership team at WPP Coretech.

Yuri has been a CIO, CTO and Director of Worldwide Technology Operations over his 18-year stint as a Global Leader in business technology. Dr. David A. Bray is a Distinguished Fellow and Chair of the Accelerator with the Alfred Lee Loomis Innovation Council at the non-partisan Henry L. Stimson Center. He is also both a CEO and transformation leader for different “under the radar” tech and dataventures seeking to get started in novel situations. He is Principal at LeadDoAdapt Ventures and has served in a variety of leadership roles in turbulent environments, including bioterrorism preparedness and response from 2000-2005. Dr. Bray previously was the Executive Director for a bipartisan National Commission on R&D, spent time on the ground in Afghanistan in 2009, served as a Senior National Intelligence Service Executive provided non-partisan leadership as a federal agency CIO and Senior Executive, worked with the U.S. Navy and Marines on improving organizational adaptability, and aided U.S. Special Operation Command’s J5 Directorate on the challenges of countering disinformation online. David’s passions include complicated, near-impossible missions involving humans and technology in challenging circumstances. Through the efforts of a team of “positive change agents”, he led the transformation of the Federal Communication Commission’s legacy IT with more than 207 different systems to award-winning tech. This included rolling out new cloud-based IT that achieved results in 1/2 the time at 1/6 the cost. He received the global CIO 100 Award twice, which usually is awarded to private sector Fortune 500 companies, both in 2015 and 2017, for his transformational leadership in change-adverse settings. He also has been invited to give the AI World Society Distinguished Lecture to the United Nations on UN Charter Day. In 2025, he was invited to be an expert witness before a public Congressional hearing on AI, specifically to provide both verbal and written testimony as well as answers to questions from members of the U.S. Congress to help inform AI policies.

Joining in May 2016, Michael has been instrumental in growing BCG Platinion North America from $30 million to $200 million in sales, and is a Global Leader of Cybersecurity for B of BCG’s Cybersecurity Practice. In 1979 Michael co-founded, was CEO, and Board Chairman of Codenoll Technology Corporation, a leading fiber optics and networking company, that went public in 1980. Codenoll was acquired by ADC Telecommunications (now Arris) in 1996, where Michael continued for four years as Vice President of Marketing and Technology, increasing sales of Metropolitan Area Networks and Cable TV backbones to $300 million. Prior to Codenoll/ADC, Michael was Division Manager for Optical Information Systems (OIS) a subsidiary of Exxon, where his organization became the third company (after AT&T and Hitachi) to produce commercially viable semiconductor lasers. OIS was acquired by McDonnell Douglas. Prior to OIS, Michael was CIO of Maher Terminals (now Maersk), where he designed and implemented advanced automation of the second largest container shipping terminal in Port Elizabeth, NJ. Florin holds a master’s degree in telecommunications engineering from Lund University. He is a world citizen, having lived and worked in 10 countries across three continents, and now calls the Pacific Northwest home. Vito Sardanopoli is an accomplished executive with broad expertise in the areas of cyber security, information technology and enterprise risk management.  Over his career he has helped to build and advance cybersecurity programs and information technology initiatives for organizations across multiple industries including healthcare, financial services, and retail. 

Vito currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for U.S. Imaging Network, a national provider of advanced diagnostic imaging programs.  In this role, Vito is building a comprehensive security, privacy and IT risk management program to support this growing enterprise.  Previously Vito served in cybersecurity and technology executive leadership roles as CISO for Quest Diagnostics, Atlantic Health System, Tiffany & Co, and The American Stock Exchange. 

Vito previously served as an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Care Industry Cybersecurity Task Force (HCIC Task Force), which focused on identifying and addressing opportunities to improve cybersecurity practices across the healthcare industry. Vito currently also serves as an active member of the Healthcare Sector Coordinating Council (HSCC) Cyber Working Group, which is tasked with helping to implement many of the recommendations included in the HCIC Task Force published report.

Vito earned a M.B.A. in Finance, and Technology Management and Operations, from New York University – Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Iona College.

Danielle Schmelkin is Chief Information Officer for Madewell, a premium denim brand for women and men. Prior to Madewell, Danielle was the Head of IT for Coach, part of the Tapestry family of global brands. She previously held leadership positions at Barnes & Noble, Campbell Soup Company, and Pepperidge Farm with additional experience at PepsiCo. Danielle started her career at Andersen Consulting focusing on statistics, Business Intelligence and Data Management, and overall IT enablement. She holds her B.S. in Statistics and Biometry from Cornell University.

As a leader in her field, Danielle has focused on Digital Transformation and has led Systems, Operating Model and Culture transformations focusing on acquisitions and divestitures.

Danielle is a member of the Society for Information Management and also serves on the board of URJ Eisner and Crane Lake Camps.

Bobby Singh, CISO and Global Head of Infrastructure, is responsible for delivering secure and highly available common technology services across TMX. As a member of the executive leadership team, Bobby is defining TMX\’s cyber security and technology vision and strategy, to advance the organizational agenda. He is responsible for TMX\’s information and IT systems and services, as well as all aspects of security, governance, risk, and compliance. He represents TMX in key forums focused on critical infrastructure, network evolution, intelligence, and availability. He has broad expertise in developing and implementing security programs for public and private sector organizations. Prior to joining TMX, Bobby has held positions at TD Bank, Rogers Communications and eHealth, where he designed multi-year technology and culture transformation programs. He received his MBA from University of Pittsburgh and holds CISSP, CISM, CISA and CPA designations.

Stephen Spagnuolo is a Director in the Baltimore office and leads cyber, digital security, risk focus areas, and client engagements. He has earned a recognized track record of delivering leadership talent and corporate development solutions with a principal focus on cyber security and operational risk across technology, financial services, and other industry sectors, ranging from early stage/startup to emerging growth to mid and large global corporates, banks and consultancies. In so doing, he leverages his deep and extensive network, particularly across the U.S. National Security and Wall Street communities.

Prior to Stanton Chase, Stephen launched and led the Digital Security Practice for several boutique executive search firms. Earlier he was with Russell Reynolds Associates in New York, as a member of the Global Banking & Markets Practice and then Co-Founder/Head of the Americas for Sheffield Haworth, a London-based global financial services recruitment firm, where in just a few years’ time, the platform and team he established and built earned ‘firm of choice’ recognition amongst their US based Tier 1 bank and corporate clients.

He currently serves as a cybersecurity expert and the on-call cyber security headhunter with RANE (Risk Assistance Network + Exchange), and he is frequently engaged as a moderator and guest panelist on cyber security talent leadership, recruitment, and development for various executive leadership summits and forums, including Security Innovation Network (SINET) and HMG Strategy CIO & CISO Summits, the latter of which he co-established and built as an adjunct to HMG CIO.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Stephen served with distinction as a US Marine Corps infantry officer, having deployed to multiple overseas contingencies.

A 35-year veteran in the technology space, Mr. Taylor has a stellar track record of guiding IT transformation, design, deployment and integration initiatives, including multiple large-scale corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations. With his deep expertise in high-level operational and technical skill sets, Mr. Taylor is an integral part of the company and a partner in innovation with the business. He strives to improve operating efficiency that stays as the business grows. Previously he was President and CEO of his own consulting firm where he advised C-suite corporate leaders on the need for technology investments to drive transformative growth. He was paramount in several successful M&A transactions, providing expert consulting to executive leaders throughout the transitions. Before he was a consultant, Mr. Taylor held multiple roles at Fidelity National Financial and Fidelity Information Services. Most recently as Account & Technical Delivery Executive where he delivered expert operational and technical guidance and coaching to a multidisciplinary technical team of 110+.

As Chief Technology Officer, Ishit heads up Global Technology at A+E Networks responsible for Cloud, Infrastructure, Enterprise Products & Applications, Data Analytics, Operations & Cyber Security. Ishit is a seasoned Technology Executive with a strong understanding of the media industry and a track record for creating solutions that drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction. Ishit is a transformational leader with experience driving positive change and leading large global teams to deliver highly complex programs that improve business outcomes. Previously, Ishit has held several technology leadership roles at A+E and NBCUniversal.

Chief Information Security Officer and Head of Business Continuity, ABN AMRO, U.S. Corporate and Investment Bank.  Steven has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry in cyber security, cyber risk management and business continuity. 

Steven is currently responsible for maturing, enhancing and expanding the information security and business continuity program across the US based investment bank.  He has extensive experience with FFIEC, NYSDFS and PCI requirements and worked extensively with boards of directors to implement enterprise risk management frameworks, technologies and process oriented strategies to minimize risks and maximize resources.  He provides strategic leadership to integrate the global corporate mandates while maintaining compliance with multiple regulations or directives including FINRA, NYSDFS, HIPAA, CCPA, GLBA and GDPR. 

Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Steven was the Head of Information Security for Rabobank Wholesale Bank USA.  He has held various cyber security and technology risk positions with other global organizations such as Citi, Bank of New York Mellon, TD Securities and EVO Payments Intl. and had consulting experience with Cap Gemini.  

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from New York Institute of Technology.  He holds the following industry certifications, CISSP, CISM and CRISC.  He is an active participant in the IIB Information Security and Operational Resilience Committee, FS-ISAC Caucuses and CISO Roundtable discussions.  Steven also volunteers his time as an Executive board member of his local CYO program.

Christopher Welga, a technology and risk management executive, has served the risk management, security and technology needs of Credit Unions for over 21 years. 

Chris has held the positions of Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President of Enterprise Risk providing leadership and development of teams in the financial institution areas of information technology, information and physical security, technology integration, business continuity, disaster recovery, financial regulation and compliance, financial crime and fraud investigations, loss prevention and recovery, anti money laundering, training, vendor management, enterprise and organizational risk management. 

In previous roles Chris had developed network, communication and application systems while managing Information technology, network, application and operational teams. 

He attended Dowling College, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management and Leadership. He holds certifications as a Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert and Credit Union Compliance Expert in Financial Institution Law, Regulation and Compliance from Credit Union National Association (CUNA). He also holds information technology certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell and CompTIA.

Chris is an active volunteer in the community serving on several Longwood Central School District Board of Education committees including Information Technology, Policy, Budget, Security, and Legislative committees. He is also an Advisory Board member at Pace University – Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems.   

John Whiting is the (CSO) Global Chief Security Officer of DDB Worldwide, a large, global advertising network with 15,000 employees at several agencies around the world. John, is an established IT and Security executive with significant experience creating and implementing company critical initiatives in the disciplines of IT Operations, enterprise web infrastructures, agile software development, information security, security risk, business development, human capital development since 1994. A seasoned Cyber / InfoSec / Privacy executive with a comprehensive synergy of business acumen, enterprise technical, operational and security / control focused experience.

Steven Wolk is the CTO for PC Richard & Son. Founded in 1909, PC Richard is a family owned and operated chain of over 66 appliance, electronics, and mattress superstores located throughout NY, NJ, CT, and PA. Steve\’s deep background in retail began on the sales floor while in college, and he\’s applied those lessons learned to many roles in IT throughout his 33+ year career with PC Richard. As CTO, Steve feels fortunate to lead teams of very talented and dedicated people who are collectively responsible for all phases of technology development, acquisition, deployment, and support throughout the company.

Steve recently joined The LUG (Large User Group), a group of over 100 of the world’s largest users of IBM technology, and is excited to be a LUG board member and architecture officer. Steve is also a board member of LISUG, the Long Island Systems User’s Group, and enjoys his role as emcee of LISUG’s monthly educational and networking events.

Gregory currently serves as the CIO for Veeco Instruments, a manufacturer in the semiconductor industry. In his role, he is leading a comprehensive technology program spanning business continuity, revenue growth, margin improvement, employee effectiveness, digital insights, and information security.

His career spans over 20 years of global transformations and IT turnarounds in the manufacturing, software, and media industries. He has worked for companies including CBS Corporation, CA Technologies (now Broadcom), IBM Business Consulting Services, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his consulting role, his notable clients have included: Gillette, Raytheon, Roche, Warner Lambert (now Pfizer), and Novartis. In each of his roles, building and motivating high-performing teams have been critical to his success.
