As Global CIO of Conair Corporation, Jon Harding holds worldwide responsibility for the company’s IT in support of both day-to-day operations, and future business growth. Harding joined Conair Corporation at the start of 2004 in the new position of Global CIO. A graduate of the University of Sheffield in England, he has 20 years of IT management experience in the consumer products industry. The Conair IT team led by Harding has completed the global rollout of a centralized ERP system that provides one central source of management information to support business growth. Along the way several acquired companies have been integrated into this central IT infrastructure in a 3 to 6 month timeframe. The IT team is customer service focused with the flexibility to meet dynamic business priorities.

Sandeep joined Saint Gobain in May of 2016 in the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Saint Gobain Construction Products North America.  He has responsibility for shaping the Information Technology (IT) strategy along with leading the Construction Products IT organization. Mr. Lux brings more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology and 20 years of experience in Financial Services to his position at Cenlar. He is responsible for providing overall technology strategy and oversight of Cenlar’s Information Systems to all areas of the company. Dara A Meath was formerly the Divisional Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital / Ecomm at Conair Corporation. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support worldwide as an integral component of business the plan. Redesign cost-effective system strategies, policies, and procedures. Before devoting her work fulltime to The Camuto Group, Dara served as Director of System Implementation at Apparel Business Systems. Re-engineered, developed, and advised companies on existing and new platforms. Designed a customized application structure to support a full business solution. Dara is also the owner of DestinyintheSkye, a local CT accessories business designed to give back the majority of sales to local and global organizations in need. Rajeev Nair, the CIO, of J Knipper & Co, and KnippeRx, plays two key roles. Tamir Peres was named Vice President and CIO of Sunoco Logistics in 2012. He leads the Sunoco Logistics Information Technology group with a mission to foster business growth and to deliver world-class, real-time information and strategic innovations. Tamir developed a multi-year technology road map focused on rationalizing applications, optimizing infrastructure, and innovating technology to drive successful organic growth, mergers, and acquisitions. Tamir led the company through a digital transformation, introducing competencies and capabilities and developing a business-centric approach, enabling EBITDA growth from $573 million to $1.23 billion in five years.

Prior to joining Sunoco Logistics, Tamir served as Director of Corporate Information Technology at Sunoco, Inc., where he was responsible for all strategic and tactical aspects of technology across the Refining and Supply, Retail Marketing, Chemicals, Logistics, and Coke business units. Through a broad portfolio of applications, Tamir managed the delivery of services and innovations to 18,000 internal customers and to millions of Sunoco consumers at convenience stores and gas stations in 26 states.

Tamir holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Temple University, where he graduated with Honors and received the MIS Academic Excellence Award. He completed Wharton’s Executive Education program and is a CPA.

 

John Repko is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of AIG. He leads AIG’s global technology and sourcing functions, overseeing core shared infrastructure, applications, technology partnerships, procurement and vendor management. He also works closely with AIG’s leaders in support of technology-enabled cross-business collaboration, process improvement and strategic sourcing to meet the changing needs of clients.

Prior to joining AIG, Mr. Repko was Global Chief Information Officer of Johnson Controls (JCI) since 2016, taking up this position with the merger of JCI and Tyco. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Enterprise Transformation Leader at Tyco from 2012. The core of Tony’s consulting has been with senior leaders who are seeking to transform their organizations as they face a future of rapid change, digitization, regulation, shifting markets, and increasingly connected and informed customers.

Tony has facilitated the Fisher CIO Forum for the past 12 years.  The Forum is a monthly venue for CIO’s and CTO’s to discuss topics of relevance in their daily lives, and has afforded these leaders the opportunity to develop a close network to discuss current challenges in a peer group environment on a confidential basis.  Participating companies have included: Blue Shield, Clorox, Cost Plus, Delta Dental, Dignity Health, Esurance, Facebook, FitBit, Franklin Templeton, Gap, Genentech, Kaiser Permanente, Levi Strauss, McKesson, Macys.com, Matson, Mulesoft, Okta, PG&E, Restoration Hardware, Ross Stores, Safeway, Salesforce.com, Schwab, Splunk, Uber, VMWare, and Williams-Sonoma among others. 

Tony received a Bachelor of Commerce (with honors), University of Cape Town, South Africa and is a Chartered Accountant and CPA.

Richard Lindberg is CIO and VP, ASTM International. In this role, he is responsible for defining and achieving IT strategy & vision for the organisation. Lindberg has more than 25 years of experience in the IT space. Prior to ASTM, he held Senior IT positions at Guardian Life and Mercer.

Dara A Meath was formerly the Divisional Chief Information Officer and Head of Digital / Ecomm at Conair Corporation. Prior to joining Conair, Dara was the Vice President of Information Technology at The Camuto group. She provides executive leadership as Head of Global IT. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation and support worldwide as an integral component of business the plan. Redesign cost-effective system strategies, policies, and procedures. Before devoting her work fulltime to The Camuto Group, Dara served as Director of System Implementation at Apparel Business Systems. Re-engineered, developed, and advised companies on existing and new platforms. Designed a customized application structure to support a full business solution. Managed custom modular applications, project management, application training, and implementation plans.

Dara is also the owner of DestinyintheSkye, a local CT accessories business designed to give back the majority of sales to local and global organizations in need. The business was started for her two children, Destiny and Skye with a simple goal to always be passionate in what you do and always give to those in need!

In addition, Dara is actively involved with many Advisory Boards, an active participate of many Organizations, Speaker and Writer for Technology and Business.

Rajeev Nair, the CIO, of J Knipper & Co, and KnippeRx, plays two key roles. In addition to the traditional CIO role that is responsible for Knipper’s overall technology strategy, he also fulfills the CTO role, of being responsible for direct IT revenue that amounts to 20% of the enterprise revenue. He has P&L responsibility for service offerings that generate immediate revenue, and a product portfolio that generates future revenue, while ensuring Knipper’s technology supremacy is unparalleled in the market.

Rajeev has more than 25 years of technology leadership experience in a variety of organizations, but most notably in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. Prior to leading Knipper’s IT, Rajeev was the Global CIO of Jubilant Pharmaceuticals, a global pharmaceutical company with operations in US, Canada, Europe & Asia.

 

Tom Nogles is Senior Vice President and Head of Technology for Hartford Funds, the asset management business of Hartford Financial Services. In this role, Tom is responsible for the strategy, development and operations of all business technology. Additionally, Tom leads data management and quality, enterprise reporting and data science for the firm. At Hartford Funds, Tom has led a complete modernization of all technology including the aggressive adoption of cloud-based solutions. Previously, at The Hartford, Tom led information technology for a business unit focused on delivering healthcare solutions to the mature market and held a role responsible for the delivery of digital solutions across the full enterprise. Tom has over 30 years of technology experience covering the aerospace/defense, retail banking, healthcare, insurance, and investment management industries. He has also held leadership positions in early and mid-stage technology companies. His areas of expertise include digital, customer relationship management, enterprise integration, mobile, cloud and analytical technologies. He holds a bachelor degree in electrical engineering from Western New England University and  a master’s degree in computer systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Louise O\’Donnell has over 35 years\’ experience in Financial services.  She has been a member of the TD senior management within commercial lending and specialty banking for 3 years. Prior to joining  TD Bank, Louise server as CIO for PHH Joint Venture and was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer of First Bank of Delaware. Louise has spent over 25 years as a leader and strategist for innovating business solutions which are reasonable and sustainable within a disruptive, transforming and highly regulated industry. Under her leadership, Louise drives innovation and delivery of advanced technologies to preserve the customer experience, meet business and customer demands and to gain financial, competitive advantage.

Mr. Puglisi is a business and technology professional with extensive experience managing complex business and technical environments across industries. He has repeatedly maximized the effectiveness of existing staff and improved relationships with business leaders. He is adept at building and leading teams and creating cross-functional partnerships to deliver on business initiatives. Mr. Puglisi has particular strengths in leadership, strategic vision, innovation and communication. In his column, View from the Bridge, he writes about business and technology and makes interesting, often humorous personal observations. Mr. Puglisi is currently a member of the North Andover Investors Collaborative, Board member of a specialty beverage manufacturer, Partner at Versento and advisor to several other companies. Most recently, Mr. Puglisi was Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Innovairre Communications, the worldwide leader in fundraising, supporting agencies and nonprofit organizations. Prior to that, Mr. Puglisi was Vice President and CIO for EMCOR Group Inc., the world\’s leader in specialty construction, facilities services and energy infrastructure, Vice President and CIO at Chartwell Re, a major insurance and reinsurance company and Corporate Director of IT at Lehrer McGovern Bovis, one of the largest Construction Management firms in the world. Mr. Puglisi started his business career as a partner of a quantitative marketing analysis consulting company for over 14 years. Responsibilities included sales, account management, marketing, product development, system installation, training, support and management consulting.

Anahi Santiago is the Chief Information Security Officer at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware, one of the country’s largest healthcare providers.  With over 20 years in the Information Technology field, Anahi has extensive experience in areas of cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, program management and infrastructure services.

Anahi has overall responsibility for the organization’s information security program and strategic direction. She leads a team of high performing information security professionals in supporting Christiana\’s strategic initiatives by partnering with the business and managing risks, implementing policies and controls, and generating overall awareness.

Anahi holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as an Executive MBA from Drexel University.  She is also an active contributor in several national information security and privacy organizations.

Laura Whitt-Winyard VP of Security & IT at Hummingbird and was formerly CISO of Malwarebytes. In addition to her role at Malwarebytes, Laura is a Fellow at the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT). As a Fellow, she has contributed to the Cyberspace Solarium Commission\’s report on cybersecurity plus The Cybershield Act S.965 of the 117th Congress. She is also an International Advisory Board Member and Women in Technology board member at HMG Strategy. Prior to her time at Malwarebytes, she was Global Chief Information Security Officer for DLL Group, Director of Security for Billtrust, and held senior leadership positions in security at Comcast and Bloomberg, LP.

 Laura has been a member of the cybersecurity community for over 20 years and was featured in the book: Women Know Cyber: 100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cyber Crime. She and her teams have been nominated for and the recipients of many awards spanning multiple years such as HMG Strategy\’s Global Technology Executives Who Matter Award, ISE® North America & Northeast Project Nominee & Finalist, ISE® North America & Northeast Executive of the Year nominee, CSO 50/40 Awards winner, RSA Archer Innovation Awards & Excellence Awards.

 

Using my academic background in Sociology and Organizational Behavior grounded my career in IT at a an IT services start-up in 2001.  Spent roughly 10 years defining, articulating, selling and creating useful, impactful solutions to business problems for my financial services clients.
